Hi smart people, howdy? hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people want to prioritize self-care, in addition they are too busy with productivity or the daily job until they forget how to treat them well with healthy meal, at this moment let me share something to you about 7 ways how to develop of self-care, either physical or mental, here is the first way how to develop of self-care; go outside for a walk and meditate for several minutes in the morning, start to imagine about “inhale more wisdom and exhale the problem”, if you keep practicing it at least 60 days, your abundance of health will be shown up to you and it assists you no matter how busy you are with your busy activity, here is the second way how to develop of self-care; drink the mineral water and avoid to drink the alcohol liquid, then once a month, you need to weigh your body at the weight scales, if your body weight is around 140 pounds, at least you drink around 2,5 liter mineral water per day, that's standard, if your body weight is more than 140 pounds, you need to drink more than 2,5 liter mineral water per day, here is the third way how to develop of self-care; dream a little and create a list of goals and break them down into daily/ monthly/ yearly, besides that, you need to validate your dream into your subconscious mind, let it breathes itself into you until you get inspired by doing something valuable and let God works something impossible for you.
Here is the fourth way how to develop of self-care; prepare your healthy meal, energize yourself with fruit or leafy greens, then take 15 minutes for workout before go to work, if you prioritize yourself to have healthy meals at least twice a week, you prolong your mental strength and physical evolution automatically, make sure you will not hurt yourself by consuming a junk food too much or unhygienic food, Here is the fifth way how to develop of self-care; play with pet and feed them as if they were your family, such as cat, rabbit, bird, dog, etc. if you have this kind of habit, your mentality will be as strong as your muscle strength because you interact with pets and the animal will help you to reduce your 20% stress daily, Here is the sixth way how to develop of self-care; learn to do something and try to align the new skill, if you have this kind of habit, new skill will help you to reduce your painful experience around 30% in the past and new skill will help you to strengthen your brain memory and focus, Here is the seventh way how to develop of self-care; block accounts on the social media that bring your self-confidence, this is also important ritual, if you are surrounded by the untrustworthy social media, your mind will be manipulated with fake imagination and fake happiness, hopefully you can apply these strategies in your daily life, good luck.
