Hi smart people, howdy? hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about topic “7 ways to worry less”, the main reason why I choose that topic because a sense of worry is kind of the mental disease where it can attack the people’s mental health, at this moment let me share something to you how to recognize our worry and how to make it less, here is the first way to worry less; stop doing something where it doesn’t relate with your ultimate goal, means, you don't need to do everything you want to do, if you do that, your power of focus will be decreasing and your mind will produce a new temptation to yourself, so the more you approach temptation, the more you produce worry, here is the second way to worry less; having daily plan, execute what you plan and stop waiting the uncertainty, this is important ritual, when you execute what you plan, you enlarge your focus, the more focus you create, the less worry you get, besides that, you need to stop waiting the uncertainty because it will burden your life journey and also waiting the uncertainty will make you lost your dignity, here is the third way to worry less; live in 24 hours/present time, means, you will not waste your energy, effort and time to think about tomorrow or yesterday event, the reason why you need to live 24 hours because your psyche will get distressed if you keep doing it.
Here is the fourth way to worry less; exercise, especially physical training, this strategy is very common to be done by human being, we must know that exercise will strength our muscles and mental strength, the more our physical body produces sweat, the less worry we have, so prepare the mental strength is invaluable asset, when we often train it daily, the less worry we have, remember this note; energy will flow every time the focus stays in one particular object, so exercise will give us the additional power to maximize our focus, here is the fifth way to worry less; letting go off what you can’t control, means, everything in this life is unimaginable and limitless, if you know about the life rule, you shouldn't do something risky such as do beyond your control, so you have to learn how not to make your life journey as burden, if you let go what you can’t control, your brain system will produce endorphin hormone where it can help you to reduce a mental pain and create happiness, but if you don’t let go what you can’t control, your brain system will produce cortisol hormone / severe stress hormone, so we must beware about something we can’t control, sometimes we need to surrender the outcome to divine’s timing.
Here is the sixth way to worry less; do what you can finish and delegate what you can’t finish, this strategy will help you to reduce worry and increase your inner peace because you divide responsibility to other people who can cooperate with you, if you adapt yourself with such situation, your mental health is good and you can avoid the severe mental pain, here is the seventh way to worry less; don’t give your trust to someone who can’t be trustworthy, this strategy will help you to avoid the fraud or the swindle, you must select which person you should trust, not everyone can be trusted, don't try to give your trust to anyone carelessly, trust is like the gateway and you will be key keeper, so you must give other people with the commitment test first before you let other people will enter your territorial, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
