Feelings are just visitors, let them come and go




         Hi smart people, howdy? hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about “feelings are just visitors, let them come and go”, the purpose why I choose that topic because many people are hurt with their own feelings, basically people are tied with emotional intelligence in order to endure the life pressure, but unfortunately people lack of resourcefulness, as result, people are not being treated like VIP guest by their own feelings, people should treat their feelings are just visitor if they want to feel calm, now let me share something to you about several tips how to make your feelings aren’t matter so much to you, here is the first tip you need to do if you want to make your feelings are like visitors: show your courtesy when your feelings come to you but you don’t need to feel annoyed when your visitors really want to leave you, I know this strategy is not easy to deal with, but here is the special note how to treat your feelings are like the visitors; if your visitors don't really need your assistance, you should not offer something, you just need to stay alert in far distance if there is something wrong happen, this example can be applied to your feelings, it doesn’t matter whether you have unwelcome feelings such “anger, disappointment, hate, anxiety, fear, doubt, and etc.” As long you don’t respond to them, they will leave you without hurting, it just like the visitors who will leave the hotel, here is my advice; your sense of courtesy is more important to be guarded than showing your negative response, don’t let any visitor will know your negative response because one of visitor may give you negative reputation if you show it.


          Here is the second tip you need to do if you want to make your feelings are like visitors; don’t argue with your visitors although you are in the right position, this strategy can be applied when you treat your feelings are like the awkward visitors, although there are many people don’t like with your perception, you don’t need to argue with them, as long as you don’t reply their feedback, they will feel burdened with their negative responses, sometimes we don’t need to argue something where it doesn’t relate to our life goal, that's best responses you can use it once you face with negative emotion, if you succeed to treat your feelings like the visitors who can come and go at any time, your mental strength are getting stronger and you will be pursued by undetected luck because you can handle life pressure or fight with your hard feelings, in my opinion; mastering emotional intelligence is more important than intellectual intelligence because emotional intelligence has ability to finish what intellectual intelligence can’t finish, don’t be so proud when you have more than 3.5 Grade Point Average (GPA) because your intellectual intelligence is designed to make you living and get proud, whereas, your emotional intelligence is designed to make you stronger and also it can make you endure more responsibility, more patience, more discipline, etc. I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
