         Hi smart people, howdy? hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “7 types of negativity”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can get out from the power of negativity, in this article I will discover about 7 types of negativity, I hope you will stay alert about it, here is the first type of negativity which may kill human nature; perfectionism, the reason why it can kill human nature because it’s trying to influence people to stop improving their evolution or stop adapting with new circumstance, in fact, if we look at reality, every day there must be changing, we can't rely on perfectionism because it teaches people to hate new opportunity, we must survive and grow our skills in order to prevent the crisis which can come at any time, here is the second type of negativity which may kill human nature; make judgment over yourself and others without having strong reason and validity data,  this attitude is supposed to be neglected because it can’t give some supports to what human do in daily activity, this attitude is like activating the virus where it can kill the human’s potential unknowingly, besides that, a few tiny error in judgment will instill new chaos in human mind, here is the third type of negativity which may kill human nature; self-doubt, I think everybody agrees self-doubt will immobilize human nature because this attitude will create the mental block to human’s brain system, when they have self-doubt, it will influence them to make indecision in decision.


       Here is fourth of negativity which may kill human nature; assume the worst will happenthis attitude shouldn’t be applied in daily activity because it can remove new hope, we would better to prepare negative anticipation rather than keep overthinking about the worst thing, we must know what to do and what not to do rather than we control uncontrollable, here is the fifth of negativity which may kill human nature; sense of worry, this attitude is not good because it’s trying to reject reality quicker than using real time calculation, worry changes nothing except it destroy the human's mental health, 50% sense of worrying will not change everything, instead it will burden the human's mental health, "the more we worry something, the more we lose our confidence", we can't reject reality when we aren't ready to welcome unexpected thing, in order to face reality, we need to upgrade our power of perception because it can free us from having false judgment, here is sixth of negativity which may kill human nature; complaining, this attitude is not good because it will steal your power of focus, you need to let go of sense of perfectionism when reality comes because reality is more invincible than perfectionism, here is the seventh of negativity which may kill human nature; trying to control everything, we should avoid this attitude because it will create a panic attack, as human being, human can't control everything unless character, perception and habit, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
