    Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “proper practice can change your default habit”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can change their default habit, basically every human can’t choose a default habit when they were born at the first time because a default habit comes from the upbringing value and the parenting’s genetic code, maybe you will ask me, “why do I have default habit?”, because it is part of belief system where it can help you to adapt your own circumstance and also it can block you from something bigger than your capacity, besides that, there is disadvantage from default habit, we can call it as ego, remember; ego is kind of the false mind trap which it ensures everybody can’t escape from it, in order to escape from default habit, there are two strategies; the first strategy; you have to push yourself to do something good constantly and make sure what you do can bring many advantages to your life as well as other people’s lives, the second strategy; you have to feed your mind filter machine with knowledge, inspirational story, or you can encircle yourself with something that it can increase your confidence level, such as reading book, do meditation, practicing your expertise every day, setting new goal, etc.


   Remember this nature’s law, maybe it helps you to understand why you must have default habit; “the weeds grow when there is no plantation in the land”, means, if you don’t do anything valuable for yourself, the negativity grows in your thought and your habit, so we must beware about it because everybody can’t avoid from their own default habit, in order to cut the negative source, you have to stop giving it energy to negative feeling, such as stop encircling yourself with toxic people's habit, proper practice can’t be applied when your paradigm isn’t ready to accept it, in order to make your paradigm is changing, you must embrace with failure, rejection, delay, betrayal, setback, that's life pressure you need to take with you, remember this; “if there is no pressure, there is no evolution”, it is the same with the butterfly’s life, before he becomes butterfly, his inborn genetic comes from caterpillar, as we know that caterpillar can't fly, he must crawl in the tree's trunk, after caterpillar grows to be adult, he must enter into the cocoon for several months before he becomes a beautiful butterfly, it takes a lot of energy, a lot of time and a lot of pressure, that’s natural habit, if we can understand that priceless lesson, we can apply it into our own lives and we do self-reflection for making better future, I think my explanation is enough hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
