    Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “there is nothing to fear but fear itself”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people get caught with their own fear without any strong reason behind it, basically fear is just part of losing the future's hope without considering any strategy to handle with it, first of all, we must know how to differentiate between outer fear factor and inner fear factor, let me explain it to you; outer fear factor is determined by outer circumstance (there is something can’t be controlled by human’s conscious mind), such as COVID-19, someone was born in poor family, the global economic crisis, the crime news, the money inflation rate, etc. whereas, inner fear factor is caused by our inability to adapt with new condition or new situation, inner fear factor is usually caused by lack of practice, lack of motivation, lack of purpose, lack of persistence, and lack of resourcefulness, at this moment, I want to encourage you with some strategies how to limit your fear and maximize the fear’s potential, here is the first strategy how to limit your fear; don’t start what you can’t finish, means, don't start something when you are not having preparation for it, if you let your limitation is working for you, as impact, you will stay in panic, for example; a man wants to buy a car by installment, if he can’t afford to buy a car with cash, he doesn’t need to continue that action because unpreparedness can cause extreme fear unexpectedly, remember this; unpreparedness is equal with inability, this is major cause why most people in the world get distressed or mental anxiety disorder.


    Before you target something, your preparation should be ready for executing what you target it, that’s strategy how to reduce the amount of your fear, maybe you will ask me, how to maximize the fear’s potential; you create your own sense of urgency to finish daily target before the deadline is coming, it’s powerful strategy because it will help your expertise getting improved, it is better strategy rather than you set nothing for it, unfortunately many people don’t create a sense of urgency as self-motivation because they don't have any strong will for it, some of them use their strongest will to do something out of their unpreparedness, that's problem, I don’t recommend you to use your unpreparedness in order to pursue something in rash, here is the second strategy how to limit your fear; you stop procrastinating and stop expecting other people’s help, the main reason why you need to do this strategy because the procrastination’s habit can invite new pain of regret and expecting other people’s help can educate yourself to become unproductive person, if you are making habit of it, as impact, you will lose your self-esteem and self-confidence in the future, I don’t prohibit you if you ask for help as long as you need something urgently, what I don’t recommend is when you ask other people to design your future and you give up on your life plan because you prefer to keep working on other people’s dream, please don’t let panic leads your life, I think my explanation is enough hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
