       Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “what does it take to acquire discipline?”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people can’t stand against discipline, some people consider applying discipline can attract more pain and suffering, some people consider applying discipline can treat them like living in the jail, some people think discipline will destroy their freedom of action, in fact, none of the statements are correct, discipline is the bridge how to connect between goal and process, at this moment I would share something to you about benefit of discipline if you are willing to try, here is the first step what does it take to acquire discipline; you develop self-awareness about the importance thing in your life area, maybe you can ask “what changes do I need to make in order to attain my goals”, if you get the answer, you will be driven to do something different from time to time, remember this note; discipline can invite the power to change your habit, discipline can absorb new inspiration, discipline can eliminate the dangerous thing which may come into your life, here is the second step what does it take to acquire discipline; be honest with what you want, means, you don’t leave the visualization of your wants and you keep saying to yourself “I will do it because my future needs my creativity"


       You can ask yourself if you feel doubt “Am I willing to be ready to take risk and endure the mental suffering?” remember; sometimes our mindset blocks our intention every time we want to do something new, the most important thing is you follow what the nature demands you to do, means, you feel happy to do without any disturbance from the third party, here is the third step what does it take to acquire discipline; stay committed about your short, medium, long term goal, means, you make a list about what you achieve, it is very hard to do because it will train you how to attract good personality, I just want to remind you that your luck and destiny really needs your good personality, you will sacrifice many things in order to pursue your goal, such leaving your worthless hobby, leaving the party from your friend’s invitation, leaving your invalid excuse, etc. Here is the fourth step what does it take to acquire discipline; you have created the artificial emergency in your circumstance, means, you don’t stay casual anymore about your daily activity and you create your own sense of urgency in order to make big difference in your life history, in my opinion; you need to make your own calendar which it stated “the reward and punishment”, means, if you achieve your target on time, you celebrate it, such as you will purchase the good thing to support your mental health, if you don’t achieve your target on time, you punish yourself by leaving what you love to do, such as playtime, I think my explanation is enough hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
