Because our habit is led by what we believe from our life experience and also from the information we consume every day, habit is the product of our commitment, if we don’t like with our habit, we can’t blame other people because our habit is the product of what we repeatedly do in daily life, if we take a look someone who is happily to live today, it is because of his productive habit is congruent with the high value of habit, remember; habit is concerned with our mindset, so the pattern of mindset is like the wave, we can’t stop the wave, all we can do is take surfing on it or we will be drowned by its pouring, if we increase our productive habit towards high value of habit, our mindset will grow better.
