     Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “how to improve your emotional intelligence” the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can maximize their emotional intelligence to control what they absorb from the information they receive, most of them use their emotion to enjoy what they like and avoid what they think is not important to be learnt, in my opinion; avoid something unimportant doesn't mean it needs to be neglected, we must remember that everything in this life doesn't always offer the problem, but life is giving an opportunity to upgrade our emotional intelligence to make us easier to learn something difficult, besides thateverything in life is surprise, it doesn’t help to fix what has been lost or recover the pain of regret, if we are not ready to welcome what the life offers to us, our emotion will invite more pain and our emotion will react everything in life as suffering, maybe there are many people think “what would have happened if there is nobody will take care of this problem”, that reaction shows people worry about their ability, remember this note; when emotion turns into worry, means, people use their time to do meaningless purpose, we must know that our emotional is neutral, it can be used to heal human’s suffering or it can disrupt the human’s inner peace.


    If we think all problems can end up like disaster, our emotion will interpret every problem we meet will become disastrous, not all problems will end up problem as long as we increase our emotional intelligencethe major problem comes from lacking of resourcefulness and lacking of practice, many people in this world can’t maximize their emotional intelligence because their emotion has failed to interpret what the life really wants, remember this advice; at this moment let me share something how to improve your emotional intelligence, hopefully these strategy can help you to reduce the pain of regret, worry and disappointment, here is the first strategy how to improve your emotional intelligence; use your emotion to feel grateful every time you receive something you never imagine, God will not give something big to human without reason or plan, if you show your deepest grateful to everything you receive, means, you agree with God’s plan and you don’t complain about what God plans for you“the more often you feel grateful, the less you see problem in your imagination”, that's tactic, here is the second strategy how to improve your emotional intelligence; don’t use your time to find satisfaction and convenience only, but do something to increase your awareness by learning from the book or other people’s experience, the reason why you need to apply this strategy because it can make freeing you from the suffering which comes from situation you never imagine, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
