   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “how to calm anxiety”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people know how to calm anxiety, if we take a look some circumstances in life, there are many people who can’t calm their anxiety because they too focus about the past mistake and also they are overact about unsuccessful strategy, in my opinion; anxiety comes from past-oriented mindset and lack of determination, do you know why anxiety will not stop by its power? because people's behavior attracts too much negativity, the more we train our mind to focus on the future oriented goal, the less we attract deep anxiety, remember this note; sense of anxiety will be gone if we don’t transfer our energy to the anxiety, if we are too focus on what we left behind, we will never be able to see what lies ahead, now I have question; what are you going to do if people you love can’t calm their anxiety? If you just say to them “please stay calm, everything is okay”, maybe they will give you irrelevant response because they tend to focus on the problem, if you say to them "do not deify something more than your fear to God", maybe they will start praying and stop focusing on anxiety, at this moment I would share how to calm anxiety, hopefully these strategy can help you to reduce your sense of anxiety, here is the first strategy you can do how to calm anxiety; don’t fight against yourself, it means, you shouldn't harm yourself by pushing your limit too hard and blaming what you can’t do, you must appreciate about the progress, self-mature process, whatever you are seeking something, it already do for you, you must harmonize between what you focus on with the progress you have reached.

  

 The reason why you aren’t allowed to push your limit too hard because it is part of your mental capacity, you can’t break your limit until you change your perception and mindset by getting information from the reference that you believe can help you to calm your anxiety, maybe you take several years to do that strategy because your mental capacity is determined by how often you apply that reference to reality, here is the second strategy you can do how to calm anxiety; don’t waste your time to wait because whatever you wait is not waiting you, it means, you must continue to work on your dream, you must not waste your time to wait because your time can't be waited, the more you wait something uncertain, the more you feel anxiety, here you can do if you feel anxiety; “do what makes you busier until you gain more productivity”, the only thing that matters is what you choose to be now, not the past minutes ago, here is the third strategy you can do how to calm anxiety; surrender the result to the divine timing, it means, you don’t try to interfere Almighty God’s job, if you are faithful with the process, the result will not betray you, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
