   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “how to deal with anger”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people get angry when the pandemic hasn’t ended yet, they feel their inner circumstances has been restricted by the pandemic, in fact, human's emotion has nothing to do with the pandemic, the root of problem why people get angry easily because their mental strength is not ready to face reality that they have shaped for their lives, it is about internal worldthe beginning story why people get angry because they are frustrated about what they desire most and they are too complacent about their idealism, since the pandemic has been spreading across in the world over one year, people started to change their habit, behavior, lifestyle, after that, people were panic, anxiety until they were sensitive to feel what other people do during the pandemic's because most of them can’t adapt with the unexpected circumstance, now here is my question to you, what can you do when you get something terrifying you? (please give the specific answer), remember this; people’s emotional state are determined by the habit they have built long time ago, when they get angry today not because the pandemic appeared, but it caused by their recurring ritual which can increase their momentum of anger, the more we want to get angry, the more we lose our confidence, that’s dangerous behavior.

 

  At this moment, let me share to you about several tips how to deal with anger, hopefully these strategy can help you to reduce the bad impact of anger state, here is the first strategy how to deal with anger; stop doing what makes you irritated, it means, you don’t need to continue your activity for temporary, the reason why you must stop what you are doing because cortisol (stress hormone) within your brain nerves are increasing its number, so you must stop and leave the activity area where it can pollute your mind, if you feel your stress hormone is reducing, you can return to your activity area and you can do whatever you want, here is the second strategy how to deal with anger; you distract your focus to the area where it offers you an inspiration or relaxing treatment, the main reason why you must do that because inspiration can help you to get your attention moving away from the pollution area, remember; all good thing and bad thing is happening within our imagination, if we can't control what happens within us, we deliberately let the outer world controls our inner circumstance, as long as we can control what happens within us, the outer world is unable to control ushere is the third strategy how to deal with anger; ponder about the bad impact before you continue your sense of anger, the main reason why you must ponder because it can help you to realize the truth that sense of your anger can create destruction, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
