How to deal with anxiety


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “how to deal with anxiety”, the main reason why I choose that topic because most people get anxiety once they aren't ready to receive life's tough challenge, the root of problem why most people get anxiety easily because they haven’t trained their mental state to endure more responsibility by doing something in the long haul, in order to know whether a person can hold responsibility or not, he must contribute whatever his skill can do for others, a sense of anxiety often comes when person pushes his limitation to do something undefined, in my opinion; as long as people don't want to increase their own standard of thinking, they will feel anxiety because only narrow-minded people can engage anxiety, whereas, board-minded people will not engage anxietyif we look at the society’s life, most people are easily get panic disorder because they don't have specific standard to deal with anxiety, as we know that panic disorder is produced by recurring anxiety and it can create chest pain, constrict of the throat, palpitations and profuse sweating, so we must develop our skill constantly before a sense of anxiety comes in advance.


  At this moment let me share to you how to deal with anxiety, hopefully these several tips can give you the enlightenment, here is the first tip how to deal with anxiety; stop repeating a negative self-talk, the main reason why we need to stop doing that because a negative self-talk can become our time bomb and a negative self-talk has potential to lose our confidence level, here is my suggestion; before you will express a negative self-talk to the situation that you consider is bad, you would better to practice your focus how to attract a positive self-talk. In order to start a positive self-talk, we must brave to adapt with new positive habit where we haven’t shaped yet, such as we read book, listen podcast, we express our positive self-talk by writing down what we feel about the power of gratitude, if we observe deeply about the power of gratitude, there are many benefits from it, the first benefit we can get from a sense of gratitude is we can eliminate the impact of anxiety, the second benefit we can get from sense of gratitude is we feel peace even if we are surrounded by the unrelenting pressure, those are benefits of gratitude, now here is the second tip how to deal with anxiety; don’t skip the process within every life moment you can live with it, it means, don’t get too excited if you live a life you choose because everything in this life will manifest what you choose in reality, the more you skip the adaptation process, the more you feel anxiety, the more you enjoy the adaptation process, the less you get anxiety, here is the last note; if you want to enjoy the process, your heart must be harmony with the law of universe, such as the law of time where it stated “when time is running forward, you must mandate your best effort into it without being hold back, just let it go with the flow”, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
