The source of problem lies in wrong focus usage”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can master their focus, the root of problem why people feel sad easily because they overuse their focus to the wrong area that they aren't interested with it and they keep doing what makes themselves less significant in the near future, such as they worry too much about the end result, if you really care about your life, don’t concern about the area that you can't control, but you should concern about what you want to develop in the near future, remember this note; your life is the product between what you decide, what you focus and reality that you have shaped in your imagination and habit, if you want to change your reality, you must change the direction of your focus to the different destination where it offers you a peace and calm, if you can direct your focus to the peace area, the circumstance will put you to the different situation where you can think differently rather than you are living in the certain area because your brain system hasn’t touched with the different situation that you haven’t made it yet, if you feel doubt about this strategy, you can apply it by changing someone’s emotional state, you can teach him how to change the direction of his focus by visualizing his bigger focus to the new destination where he wants to develop in the future.
