   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “surviving with antidepressants or get inner peace”, the main reason why I choose that topic because there are many people rely on the antidepressant's consumption rather than having enthusiasm to learn how to practice deep meditation for getting inner peace, we all know that depression is not coming in sudden, but it is attracted by our attention, so depression is sign that people lack of enthusiasm and it is caused by self-ignorance, in order to increase a sense of enthusiasm, people must have a clear goal where it can make them feel obsessed about it, that’s the first requirement that people must get it, in my opinion; having a clear goal can separate us between dilemma and reality, so you must have a clear goal until you are obsessed about itthere are three important things in life where they have an important role to change the human’s destiny; focus, faith and enthusiasm, if you lose one of them, you will lose your inner strength and also you will lose self-restraint, if you want to avoid depression symptoms, you must fill your imagination with your daily ritual where it connects between you and what you become, please beware about your daily ritual because it can determine whether your emotion state is okay or notif your life architecture can’t offer you inner peace, you will be trapped in depression state.

 

  If we talk about inner peace, it has related with emotional healing, we will get emotional healing when we commit to associate with the natural law because only nature can fulfill human’s emotional need, remember; antidepressant drug can’t make people survive for longer time during facing the pain of anxiety, antidepressant drug just makes people get addicted to what they feel currently, the only way how to reduce depression is you must get out from the pollutant source, you increase your capacity through showing your deepest gratitude, apply the natural law in reality, enhance your philosophy and be curious about your life mission, let me clarify one statement to you; stress, anxiety, irritation, depression and anger can temporarily cloud the human’s mind, but they never pollute the human mind’s content, it means, there is nothing can harm your life except you are allowing it happen, as long as you don’t focus on stress, anxiety, anger, irritation, depression, they will never happen in your reality, starting from now, please clean your mind by focusing on your limitation, but don’t let your limitation clouds your focus during you are manifesting your dream into reality, here is the last note; if you master your focus, your inner peace can happen at any time, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
