 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “How to get rid of depression”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people lose their way and they think what causes them to get depression is uncertainty, it is not really true, do you know why I say such thing because depression is the part of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), not feeling uncertain about something unknown, here is the simple word how to stop OCD; "you must stop giving your reaction to something which doesn't need you and you must believe that Allah knows what you need more than what you think", whatever you receive something now, it is part of what you contribute to others, if you don't feel something good nowit indicates you obsess about something which doesn't obsess you, so you must leave it if you want to get self-healing, the root of problem why many people want to get rid of depression because their daily habit can't help them to live peacefullyif we want to get rid of depression, the first thing we must remember is we know where our biggest enthusiasm is going, the second thing we must remember is we know type of the noble mission we want to progress every day, if we don't set the clear goal right now, the destination is really invisible, remember this wisdom; “life will behave justice if you behave justice to yourself”, it means, your life will get better if you pursue what pursues you, life will not give you what you need if you always obsess about what you want, starting from now, you must know how to differentiate between what you need and what you want, if you prioritize what you want rather than prioritize what you need, a sense of depression will always be with you.


          

 You will never be able to get rid of depression if you try to prioritize your pleasure, you must be responsible for every decision you choose, whatever you start, your habit will receive what you can't avoid, "don't create something where you don't want to receive", if you don’t want to get depression, you must learn the consequence from something you start earlier and don't try to finish something which doesn't need your ability, that’s strategy how to allocate your focus energy, remember; good or bad is the part of emotional aspect, you don’t need to repeat the same mistake where it had been done by the majority of people in the past, all you need to do right now is use your limited time and limited resource to serve what your vision needs, even though you create new mistake, it doesn't really matter, what matter most is you dedicate to something bigger than what you think, in order to start a new life and stop depression; you must behave like a water where it is ubiquitous and it always provides something useful even though you don't need now, it is similar with the Chinese proverb, it says "dig the well before you are thirsty", if you don't dig your potential, depression will kill you, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Sudden anger for no reason

 

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Sudden anger for no reason” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people aren’t ready to accept reality, some people don’t want their illusion gets destroyed by reality and they consider their plan is better than what happened in reality, if we talk between reality and truth, “everyone doesn’t want to be wrong and almost everyone wants to be right because they hate the truth", it means they just want to see / hear something which confirms with what they believe, if there is something opposite with what they believe, they will show their anger or argument”, in order to solve this problem, we must train our mental muscle to behave a humble and we accept low standard as good as high expectation, if we consider reality as low standard, we will never complain about what we observe, instead, low standard can give us an opportunity how to be the environment maker, that's key how to calm our sudden anger, remember; reality only gives us with two option; to become a slave of reality or to stay calm with transit time, if we become a slave of reality, we will give up easily when we get a shocking problem, but if we stay calm with transit time, we will not complain about what reality does to us because we consider reality is the part of transit, not the end of life, here is my observation; "angry person's life is always comparing between reality and his high expectation", if I were him, I shouldn't compare between reality and my high expectation, do you know why? because I realize that I am not entitled to change reality, what I need to do with reality is monitoring what I have finished in the past, not justifying what I couldn't do something in the past, here is the bad news; "if we consider reality is the part of our circumstance, as impact, our life journey is getting worse than our expectation", starting from now, we must consider reality is part of the adaptation time, not the punishment time, if we always adapt with reality, as impact, we will find the wisdom behind reality even we may dislike it.

          

 Anger is the part of destruction power, if we always use it to judge something wrong, we will get the bad effect from it sooner or laterat this moment I would share how to stop a sudden anger from our behavior, here is the first thing you need to do if you want to stop your sudden anger is showing your humility to accept every moment as God's guidance, if you behave like that, reality will not give you the pain of regret or the pain of anger, instead, reality will give you the novelty value which may bring good purpose to your life, here is the second thing you need to do if you want to stop your sudden anger is don’t force your ideology to judge reality, the reason why you mustn’t force your ideology to judge reality because you are not entitled to change reality, surrender yourself to Divine's timing is the best strategy how to calm down your anger, here is the third thing you need to do if you want to stop your sudden anger is stop doing what makes you obsessing about your desire and take a deep breath to make a temporary relief, the reason why you need to interfere your current focus because your focus is too obsessed with something unexcited, starting from now, please encumber yourself with higher target in order to interfere your focus to problem, that's the immediate action how to stop sudden anger for no reasonhere is the fourth thing you need to do if you want to stop your sudden anger is do ablutions, the reason why you need to do it because water is the right component to distinguish the raging fire, as we know that anger is like blazing fire, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Dealing with anger issues by accepting a bigger capacity”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can bear enough to deal with anger issue, some people choose to drink alcohol as a short diversion from anger issue and some people consume antidepressant for releasing the pain, it is not good option because drinking habit will increase the intense of anger and antidepressant will make people got addicted, as normal human being, we don't need to argue with our sense of anger, all we need to do is clearing our mind with single clear goal, in order to divert our focus from what causes us angry, we must disengage from the information which can destroy our current focus, here is the truth; "good information will never offer the sensational feeling or the false expectation", remember this; our quality of thinking comes from the qualified information we consume every day, the qualified information always offers new insight or enlightenment which can increase our spiritual experience, if you ask me “what makes people getting angry easily?” here is the answer; people don’t want to let their illusion gets destroyed with new ideology which pushes themselves to grow, from this case, we can conclude; if our perception of reality still creates an illusion, it means, we have dug up the wrong mindset, sometimes we need to accept disappointment from reality to erode our false expectation, starting from now; we must realize that there is no beautiful fact in the world, there is only our interpretation whether we will accept the fact or reject it, in order to break our sense of anger, we must realize that there is no beautiful place in the world until we create a beautiful mind and put it down into our inner world first.

          

 Now here is the question “can we destroy our anger issue which lies in our subconscious mind? It depends on how strong our commitment to fight the impulse of what makes us angry, the first challenge we need to do if we want to fight the impulse of what makes us anger is we take a note about the piece of bad memory which can evoke our bad feeling most and then we start to embrace a new challenge where we feel regret if we don't finish it, so we can conclude; anger can appear into reality if we always recall our bad memory and we don't increase our inner capacity constantly, do you know what's meaning of capacity? it is part of ability to have more, to give more and to create more, anger will not appear if we always update our capacity with a new deadline goal we insist to do, that’s strategy how to stop producing the impulse of what makes us angry, remember this advice; our reality depends on how we select the information from the outer world, if the information we consume can make us angry easily, it means we learned nothing in the past and we were being opinionated, at this moment I would share several things what causes us angry; here is the first cause why we get angry; we are too concerned about our desire which we are unsure it can be manifested into reality, the best way to heal us from the pain of anger is we must be giving up our personal unfulfilled desire into divine's timing and we keep updating our belief system with the information which can offer us solution, here is the second cause why we get angry; we lack of endurance skill, it means, we don't update our mental acumen with our noble purpose and unpleasant experience, the reason why we lack of having an endurance skill because we always feel secure, here is the truth "as long as we don't know when the time for the pleasure is stopping, it means there is no secure feeling in the world"I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Signs of being depressed is we reject what’s destined for us


  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Signs of being depressed is we reject what’s destined for us”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are trapped into signs of depression, some people consider every new change causes chaotic mind in the rush hour, it is not true, chaotic mind is caused by lack of concentration during pursuing a clear goal, if we use different perception about this case, "problem has no ability to create chaotic mind", every problem can't destroy people's life because human's brain system is designed to make an option to people to survive, if there are people consider chaotic mind causes sign of being depressed, it means, their capacity can't interpret about what's happening to their livesin order to end up sign of depression; we must find out some meaning in the human's suffering, we can't eliminate a sense of suffering within us unless we change our tradition first, the law of cause and effect says "human will reap what they sow" it means, we can't reject reality because reality comes after we have sown something into our habit long time ago, e.g. tradition, lifestyle, the main reason why sign of depression comes to us because we try to escape from what we commit and we try to control something we can't, if we aren't ready to get consequence from what we commit, at least we must find alternative option to prevent any bigger risk because we have no ability to change reality, "we don't need to argue about what we are incapable of, what we need to prepare is how to make our capacity is capable to welcome what's coming to us, not what's leaving us"in order to reduce the pain or suffering is shorten your fantasy and start to serve a greater power which has been destined for you, e.g. you create a masterpiece to answer the problem where most people have or you find something valuable until passion chooses you to work at something priceless.

          

 If you are too obsessed about your desire, you will lose your peace, wisdom, insight and the benefit within your capacity because you lack of maximizing your potential to solve meaningless existence in this life, before you pursue your desire, you need to work on your potential first because your potential will buy something worthy for your life, remember; potential is like the water, if you use it properly, you will get benefit from it, if you don't use it, you will die because you dehydrate, as long as the water stays inside in your physical body, you have opportunity to solve meaningless existence in the future in order to save your life as well as other people's, here is the good news; if you work on your potential, you will see something never seen, you will feel something never felt and you will receive something unexpected, from this statement, I conclude that we must accept what's destined for us because God knows better than what we know, here is the special note; Almighty God plans based on what you left in your life history, if you aren't satisfied about what you get now, it indicates you still have a mission to pass, please don't wait your feeling to change to take action, you have to take action first and your feeling will tell you about what's best for you, if you can’t make a better world for other people's lives, at least you don’t hurt yourself by surrounding yourself with fantasy and expectation, Greek philosopher says “if you want to live happily, you must have a few expectation”, the main reason why having a few expectation is good because a few expectation can clear our mind from something we don't deserve in the future, besides that, not all expectations are designed to make us live happily, 85% of expectation is fantasy and 15% is possibility, the reason why some people need the fantasy because they think they are incapable of in doing something good, if you want to possess something magnificent in your life, leave the tradition which can block your potential to grow, serve your high spirit and don't let your desire controls your habit because habit is the only way how to prophesy your future, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Suppressed anger was easy if we no longer serving it”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many of us have been treated unfriendly by our sense of anger until we can't think clearly about what we do in the next day, if we look from different perception “the basic problem why we have been treated unfriendly by our sense of anger because we insist to change the moment which it already became permanent condition", if we don't want to get a bad consequence from our anger, we need to distract our attention by increasing our productivity rate, that's rational decision, here is the special note; our future's existence is our mindset, if we aren't willing to upgrade our mindset, it will recall bad memory which causes us to get angry again, the main reason why a sense of anger is often manifesting into our life because we make it real with our conviction and our intense hatred, as long as we don't give our reaction to our sense of anger, we indirectly no longer serving our anger, here is my recommendation how to suppress anger; treat your bad feeling as pedestrian and it will go away by itself, if you drive out your bad feeling by force, your sense of anger will increase its power and its degree, the reason why you mustn't drive out your bad feeling by force because it is part of energy, you can't destroy energy because you are made of energy, you just need to show your equanimity to your bad feeling, that's enough.

          

 Now here is my question to ponder “are we enough qualified to show our hatred meanwhile we don’t know exactly about what God plans ahead?”, if we realize we don’t know what we deserve in the future, we shouldn’t let our ego to dominate our feeling because our ego always shows feeling of hatred when there is a new change or progress, I think we need to create a truce to stop fighting between our logic and ego, maybe we can find a new evidence which can't be argued by our ego, we don't need to worry about what ego does to us because ego is just reflection between our accumulated fear and hatred, remember; ego is designed to hurt us until it can manipulate our logic, that's why we feel discomfort when we want to change our life, sometimes we need to wide our capacity, so we can utilize it to accept reality as God's plan, if there is no bigger capacity within us, there is no better understanding within us, our capacity is not designed to change reality, instead, our capacity is meant to create something where it never existed before, if our capacity is big enough, we no longer getting angry because we create a better understanding towards our feeling, here is the good news; if we feed our feeling with enlightenment, our darkness no longer manipulating our feeling, remember; if you want to know how to stop your anger, treat your position as slave where you aren't entitled to protest what your boss saying to you, I know it is very difficult to do, if you don't practice like that, your current mindset will be blocked by your egoism, the more you protest what your anger saying to you, the more you give opportunity to let your anger is getting bigger, I think showing a silence in anger is always better than expressing itsometimes we need to test our feeling by accepting reality in order to know whether our ego can dictate our movement or not, if we can show our positive habit even though there is no way out for making peace, it indicates our ego is no longer controlling us, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Causes of depression in women”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many women don’t know what causes them get depressed and some of women still don’t know why they must fulfill something within themselves, whether it comes from their passion, ego or desire, this is part of small minded person, here is the conclusion; as long as desire can't determine about the end of its edge, it is part of ego, here is my observation; when women feel depressed about their circumstance, some of them will buy the good stuff as release of depression rather women buy something for their daily needs, that's fact of women's misconception about their feelingaverage women think buying the good stuff can keep women in the good mood, it is not good decision, feeling of depression can't be healed by buying a good stuff, feeling of depression will stop by itself when we no longer serving our wild imagination, maybe we meditate our mind by reading some favorite book, article/ listening audio-book/ watching the educational video, the basic point is we must increase our knowledge, that's natural healing method how to end up the causes of depression, the reason why some women can't express their good feeling in the real life because they prefer to believe their past memory rather than believe with their logical reason, if women think buying the good stuff can fulfill their emotional problem, it indicates that they need to test their core of problem by changing it with their satisfaction, in my personal opinion; as long as women can't find the value into problem they have faced, they will sacrifice everything they owned to validate what went wrong in women's complexity feeling without caring whether the problem needs to get solved or not.

 Remember; when kids complain easily to their parents, it indicates that kids completely chaos about what they feel and parents don't understand about what kids feel, as parent, please don't offer a gift where it can bring instant gratification to kid because instant gratification can evoke anger issue once kids can't control their sense of pleasure, Starting from now, please don’t spoil your kids with the easy gift, e.g. game console, gadget, play station, or online games, the reason why I prohibit it because those gifts can decrease kid’s survival instinct and also decrease kid's curiosity power, you don’t want your kids will lose their hidden power when they are getting adult, right?, your duty as parents is how to guide your kids to adapt with new environment and how to grow your kid's mental by possessing the passion of learning, that's greatest gift you can give as the reward to your kids, here is the good news; if kid’s mentality is already developed through having the passion of learning, they will not get anxiety or angry every time there is problem comes to them, if you want to reward your kids with gadget or game console or cellphone, you must wait until your kid's age reaches 14 years old because their logic is born at the first time, remember this advice; what kids really need in the real life is having a good influence, not playing the games, if kids are having a good influence from their parents or their environment, they will do something impressively through creativity, habit and curiosity, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Anger counselling service”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can control their anger and most of them prefer to express a sense of anger rather than stop doing what makes them angry, if we use different perception, showing anger can immobilize the power of logic to find an alternative solution and anger can prevent us to do something productive when we are trapped in emergency situation, now the question; “why our sense of anger is easy to show up automatically? because it tries to avoid reality and willing to prioritize our ego”if we are trapped in situation like that, it indicates that our mental strength can’t adapt with new situation, here is the first aid how to stop growing our sense of anger; distract our focus by looking something attractive and we start counting the number in sequence (1,2,3,..50), we do it until our sense of anger is stoppingthe reason why we need to count the number in sequence because it will help us to activate our logic and also it can break the pattern of anger from its growth, remember this; expressing our anger can’t help us to relieve the pain of disappointment, instead, expressing our anger can make the current situation is getting worse, remember this philosophy “there is nothing can make us angry, unless we want it happens into reality”the outer circumstance is designed to be neutral, it can't destroy us, nor harm us, we only have two options; we express our anger and we will get the pain of disappointment or we express our curiosity to find some meaning in what makes us suffer, here is my recommendation; before you go to psychiatrist about anger counseling, you must promise not to dwell about the past and you don't hate what reality does something to you, that’s only way how to prevent yourself from getting the pain of suffering, the root of problem of a sense of anger is not lies in the pain, but it comes from your misconception towards reality, whether you like it or not with reality, you aren't entitled to change reality, such as the sun and the moon, "don't expect the night appears when the condition is at midday because it runs with scheduled time", it means, you need to correct your misconception about reality because not everything you expect is good for you now and not everything you hate is bad for you now, if you don’t want your emotional intelligence will be driven by your anger all the time, you must limit your focus's wide range and stop making a wishful thinking.

 The key to avoid the pain of anger is accepting reality as self-reflection, not considering reality as self-punishmentonce you understand that what I explain about it, you will start to ponder about the bad consequence of anger, your main job is not to find what makes you angry, but how to find some meaning in your sufferingthe main problem why most people get angry because their tradition is too conservative and can't adapt well with the future's demand, in order to fix this problem, people must ask the question to themselves, “if my own expectation doesn’t match with reality, what I need to change from my perception and tradition?”, here is my recommendation; don't believe with your tradition as long as it can prevent you to learn something simpler in this lifeif tradition always keeps you to stay safe, you must leave it soonthe good tradition is not blocking your vision, instead, it keeps you finding new resource where it never be seen, it never be heard or it never be felt, here is the challenge for your contemplation; even though the situation gets worse, don’t treat reality as enemy, but treat reality as your secretary where she can monitor your progress and it can remind you how to focus in your major role in this lifedon't fight reality, but be responsible to your decisionevery day you must have a specific plan in order to prevent you from getting unknown influence from outer circumstance, here is my special note; if what you desire isn’t manifesting into reality, it indicates you must have the humility to release your desire or wishful thinking from reality, sometimes in every desire lies in the greatest ego where it can prevent you to receive something bigger than your expectation, all you need to do right now is not pushing your desire, but how to align yourself to something awaits your skill or experience, if you already find a value within what you experience, you will get ready to accept bigger consequence and you will not get a chance to get angry because your habit is too busy to support your big purpose, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

All about depression? You need to widen your perception

You need to widen your perception”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can feel about their own value, some people consider what they receive from life is unfair, some people consider life is full of pain and suffering, some people consider life is like living in the hell, from those cases, I would say the problem is not lies into what was in reality, but it lies into self-delusion, if you think your happiness can be determined by your current position now, you have to ensure your happiness is in line with what you do, not what you have, I don’t recommend you to avoid what you can’t reject, e.g. uncertainty, catastrophe, crisis, consequence, reality, unexpected circumstance, etc. the first duty you need to do if you don't want to get depression is acceptance and the second duty is self-reflection, the reason why many of us get depressed easily because we try to control what we can't and we don't obey with the law of cause and effect, remember this philosophy "if we don't widen our perception when it's time we need to do it, we will be forced to taste the pain of stupidity when there's no time to reject what we can't reject", remember; you and I aren't destined to change reality, what we can do is renew our perception of reality and find another insight from other people even though we don't understand the meaning of it at this time, if we really care about our future, we must protect our future from self-delusion and fake expectation, life will give something meaningful when we get rid of our desire and we put our energy, focus, attention, time, health into something we don't really like to do logically for others.
