   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Depression syndrome? Use your imagination to create a highly subjective point of view”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can’t see good views from their imagination, the root of problem why people always get depression syndrome easily because they always let their imagination to project something where it is not far away from what they view in their expectation, in order to heal depression syndrome, someone must stop imagining about what makes him depressed and he must train his imagination to develop something useful before it will become reality, as long as people can't see any good thing within depression state, their imagination will always attract negativity even if they see something good in different state, I just want to remind you now that "mind is reaction of what our perception views", we will never get a good visualization if we let our expectation to change reality where it is not happening in our lives, now if we observe about depressed people, every day they always train their mind to find great pleasure without validating it first whether great pleasure can offer any good purpose or not, if we dig in about the purpose of great pleasure, "every great pleasure is not part of happiness because great pleasure is part of invalid excuse to find out comfort zone within regret zone", do you know why I say such thing? Because depressed people don't use their perception to recognize the difference between what makes them satisfied and what makes them joyful, for your information; depressed people can’t differentiate between what makes them satisfied and what makes them joyful because they don't trust to what they view in reality. "if you want to stop from depression state, use your perception to view what you intend to do in your imagination, not imagining what you expect in the future", if you imagine about what you intend to do, your imagination will create the power of determination and the power of dedication, but if you create many expectations in the future, your subconscious mind will reject it because your mental picture preparation is not ready to obtain what you expect, if you are making habit of it, eventually you feel depressed every time you expect it. 

 Here is my recommendation, use your imagination to create a highly subjective point of view because it will help you to shape your new perception, now let me share you how to differentiate between what makes us satisfied and what makes us joyful, here is the first difference between satisfaction state and joyful state, satisfaction state is caused by the comfortable mind where he always obtains it regularly without making new changewhereas joyful state is caused by the enlightenment and mental building process where it can attract the attention of abundance in higher level of imagination, we can call it as creativity and hope, remember this; person who will feel depression syndrome, he doesn't see any good view because he absorb too much negativity and focus on what makes him lacking of something, e.g. lacking of gratitude habit, lacking of determination, lacking of productivity, lacking of good self-image, lacking of creativity, lacking of good faith, lacking of enlightenment, lacking of contribution and lacking of hope, starting from now, if you don't want to use your power of choice to change what you view, your reality of life will be the same as yesterday, whether you realize or not, Almighty God has given us the power of choice every day to choose what we become in the near future, if we choose to be living into depression state, God will not work for what we are supposed to get, if we choose to be living into joyful state, God will give us with the preview of upcoming attraction in our imagination that He prepares for our real life, here is the special note; don’t listen small minded people about the glimpse of poor self-image, if you feel lacking of abundance right now, it is not caused by your current situation, but it is caused by bad influence, ego and poor self-image, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Antidepressants for sleep? You just need to befriend your emotion

You just need to befriend your emotion” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people start to worry every time they can’t get sleep like a log, some people consume antidepressants for sleep because they can't sleep, in order to sleep like a log, people don't need to consume antidepressants, they just need to distract their focus from something unpleasant, to manage focus, we need to befriend with our emotion by treating it well with a better question, e.g. "what would I need to do if I am granted by God with a gift?" please remember; mind is reaction, whereas perception is cause, if you can’t recognize the inner voice which comes into your imagination, the outer world will not give you what you deserve, please don’t consume antidepressant while you want to get sleep like a log because the side effect of antidepressant is very high, your mental health will decrease if you consume it in the big scale, you can use another alternative, e.g. do hypnotherapy, do meditation or listen the motivational audio while you want to sleep, remember this; “if there is problem which interferes with human’s mentality, befriend your emotion by doing what your intuition does for you”, here is the special note; mental illness has nothing to do with the antidepressants, mental illness is concerning with the mind’s paradigm (spiritual experience) and human's lousy habit, in order to heal mental illness, someone must get enlightened with new ritual which is connected with religious teachings or someone needs to grab some valuable information which it comes from philosophy, ontology or epistemology, maybe you will ask me, why someone needs to learn with three of them? because philosophy, ontology, epistemology are connected with human's mind paradigm, besides that, three of them can help someone to interact with the characteristic of nature, if someone learns from one of those science, his depression will be neutralized.

 Don’t let yourself live into depression state when you face with insurmountable problem because depression will not solve your problem, you just need bigger distraction to distract your previous focus about what makes you depressed, the more you depress, the more you lose your confidence, please beware about something which can attract your attention and intention easilydon't let the unknown circumstance affects to your perception because it is part of your ultimate resource, in order to reduce depression state, you need to enlarge your imagination by visualizing what you intend to do, remember this; depression will not affect you in long term period if you create new productive habit and renew your limited belief with nature philosophy, in addition, you must train your mind to adapt with the unexpected result while you work for it, here is the most important; your emotion will support what you do if you put your good self-image into it, if you don't do it, you deliberately let other people to destroy your good self-image, here is for your information; "depressed and grateful can’t reside in one place at the same time", you have been given by God with the power of choice, if you manage your focus to feel grateful, your depression state will be gone, but if you focus what makes you depressed, your reality will become miserable from time to time, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

You just need to thank them”, the main reason why I choose that topic because there are many people feel depressed every time they can’t meet with something they love or they can't target what they want, if we use different perception, "what makes people depressed is not the result, but the rate of self fulfilling demand that they can't bear", basically life is neutral, "life doesn't burden people with responsibility that they can't endure, all problems come from unprepared to be nature", some people prefer to be pretentious rather than to be unique, that's root of common problem that people have in modern world, depression comes when people consider what they love is good and what they hate is bad, we can't leave all we hate and we can't embrace all we love, sometimes we must create the balance between what we don't know and what we need to know, that's key how to understand life, the major problem that we can't detect lies is ourselves, life is a test which ensures we will embrace the lesson from depression and love, we can’t take new journey without having new lesson from what we love and what we hate to do, sometimes what we hate is better than what we love because there is bigger challenge awaits us if we are willing to do that, if we try to do something we hate to do, such as self-discipline, consistency and commitment, there are more lessons will be needed by our soul, here is the bad news; if we just focus on what we love, we will create the cage of comfort zone within our mind, now imagine if all we love will be proceeded in reality, I am sure we will create more pain rather than we get benefits from what we love, do you know why? Because life is mystery, God knows what is good to us and what is bad to us.

  
  We shouldn’t hate when life is trying to show us something about what we hate because life just wants us to do better than we behave ordinarily and repeatedly, besides that, life doesn’t want us to feel bored and life doesn’t want us to feel panic every time we face with new problem is life, so everybody is prepared to achieve something big that God planned, we need to thank between depression and love that God gives us because we can interact with something bigger than our imagination, if we use different perception now, "life is like creating a zoo in a jungle", it means, we will get comfort and safety zone at the same time, if we just stay in the comfort zone, we will choose to live together with what we love and we will reject to accept new change, if we are making habit of it, as impact, we will be fed with information where we will get more fearing rather than we will get the lesson how to live in a jungle, here is the good news; if we challenge ourselves to live in a jungle, we will get more pain, adversity, and pitfall, once we are stepping out of comfort zone with fully commitment, our mental health will take risk to adapt with new level of maturity, we will get stronger every time we get new challenge from life, if we just embrace all we love, we will stay in the zoo and we will get depressed easily every time we get life pressure, remember; the stars can’t shine without darkness, it means, we need to embrace something challenging if we want to shine our future, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Reanimate his inner child's curiosity about enlightenment”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people depressed every time they are facing what they fear, they consider what they fear comes from the problem, if we use different perception, "there is no human can bear problem more than what they are capable" in order to release the mental pain from human's thought, someone must find something which can make him enjoying with the process, e.g. change the way to learn simpler, change the way to behave with positive attitude, change the way to speak with positive affirmation of words, I just want to remind about something that most people don’t recognize it; there is no depression state in human's mind happened by accidentally, everything bad comes from bad influence and lousy habit, depressed person is built from lousy habit and poor philosophy, whereas, healthy mind person is built from good philosophy and healthy habit, that’s logic, besides that, oppose the law of universe can become one of the biggest factor which causes people depressedif someone commits to regret to what he lost, it means he definitely creates new bad habit, remember this; life doesn’t give something which can make people depressed, life provides something that everyone needs, not demand what everyone wants.

  There are several pains that can make people’s life is depressed, the first pain that most people have is self-ignorance, this is part of common mistake that can make people depressed because self-ignorance tends to lead people how to find something pleasure, not something enlightened, self-ignorance influences people to avoid the risk and take easy thing, self ignorance will grow rapidly if people think that they are smarter than their future, in order to heal someone’s self-ignorance, people must reanimate their inner child to stay curious about something that they will die for and  they will live for it, the second pain that most people have is poor self-image, this pain can make people depressed because they always visualize about something they fear and something they avoid, remember; life is running dynamic, not static, as long as we continuously learn how to adapt with new circumstance, we will never get depression, there is one thing that I want to remind you about the power of pain, "every pain is neutral, pain can become good for you if you use it to develop your potential and pain can become dangerous for you if you use it to create much expectation to change what you can't or you use your pain to resist the law of universe", the root of pain comes from having higher expectation to people and having unprepared mental to endure pressure, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 In order to live happily with someone who doesn’t know about your past, you must impersonate a new student's character where he must take risk and learn how to live side by side with someone who has different personality, do you know why? because you and your spouse don’t know about respective past story, if you just show about your pride before your spouse talks about it, your spouse will not appreciate you, your main job when your spouse has emotional issue is you need to leave your pride or past achievement and you commit to become new student to your spouse every day and learn how to cherish your spouse, if you and your spouse wants to live together without being interrupted with hurt feeling, you and your spouse need to leave ego in order to know each other like the child's curiosity to learn more about something mysterious, if you apply child's habit into your relationship, you and your spouse can grow together, happy together, sad together, build vision together and being old together, here is my recommendation; don’t try to introduce about who you are if you are not being asked by your spouse, let your spouse stays curious about you, that's how not to make your relationship is not boringIn order to know well about your spouse’s personality, you need to know what is her pain and what’s her hope, besides that, you need to explore your spouse’s vision, add some benefits to your spouse and let your spouse remembers your gift, to build strong relationship, you must create a new life story with your spouse because it can prolong your boring situation, it is very important rather than you rewrite the history with your spouse, here is the special note; woman is the master of history, if he invests something good to her, she will love him more than he imagines, whereas, man is a boring man, when she gives what man logically wants, he will buy what woman emotionally wants. I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Use your deep sadness to ponder what you have learned” the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone uses their feeling of sad to maximize a deep gratitude, most people use their sadness to regret what they lost or they show what they miss, if we use different perception, “sadness is representing the weak vibration of human emotional, every sadness can be motivation on you if you use it to maximize your gratitude, the more you show your gratitude, the more you feel abundance”, if someone just uses his sadness to regret, he indirectly manifests his weaknesses to reality, what will happen to his next journey? Someone gets more sadness and more weaknesses, here is my recommendation; if you can’t find a way how to show your gratitude through sadness, at least you use your sadness to tolerate your pain towards the life you are experiencing with it, if you wake up your sadness, you indirect ponder about what you have missed so far, when you express yourself more often about what you dig in, the more you open new world of you, then you start to explore your potential and distribute to other people who need your capability, there are many ways how to maximize a deep sense of gratitude, one of the thing you can do is love yourself more than anyone can do for you, if you love yourself, you will be needed by something bigger than yourself, e.g. integrity, purpose, passion, dedication, decisiveness, imagination, determination, patience, enthusiasm, commitment, etc. Remember this advice; use your sadness to awake your vocation of creation, be ready to receive what you have asked for, if you aren’t ready to receive what you have asked for, you will lose your competence, faith and courage.

  In order to be ready to receive what you have asked for, you need to maximize your gratitude and be a good participant of life by contributing what God grants you about your privilege to other, maybe you can share your knowledge, good experience, service to others, if you express your sadness to what you have done, you will wake up your potential, then your potential will not work for you if you use your sadness to concern what small minded people tell you, starting from now; don't use your sadness to regret what's leaving you, but use your sadness to ponder what you missed in life, remember; God will not give you something before you are ready to prepare what you have asked for, even if you don’t ask for what you want, God still gives you a privilege because God wants you to use your own uniqueness and transparency for manifesting what you build in reality, if you see other people who have said to themselves “life is unfair because I have lost my job”, for this case they misuse their sadness to regret what's leaving them, they should be showing their grateful about what's leaving them because there is good news behind what's coming to themin Holy Qur'an Surah Ad duhaa chapter 93 verse 3 and 4, Allah said "God will never abandon you nor hates you, what's coming to you is better than today", it means, don't be sad, stay relax, if you maximize your gratitude by preparing what's welcoming you, you will get new guideline that it teaches you to be better person every day, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Renewing your current habit with the nature habit” the main reason why I choose that habit because many people can’t heal their emotional issue every time they face insurmountable problem, some of them declare that “life is cruel and unfriend”, if we use different perception about life, “life is not just discussing about pain and suffering, but there is good thing behind it, we will never know what life really wants from us until we pass through setback, difficult and uncertainty", Almighty God has given us with several intelligent factors, e.g. intuition, willpower, reason, imagination, and instinct, by having those things, we are challenged by life to create a life pattern that we will stay with it harmoniously, if there is someone feels wound every time he faces something he hates, it is not caused by intelligent factors usage, but it is caused by the mismatch goal setting between his philosophy and he lacks of mental picture preparation to deal with something bigger than his ability, remember this; life only gives what we deserve, it is not giving what we want, if we don’t feel good, there is inharmonious belief between what we desire and what we fear, the only thing we can change about our destiny is create a nature habit by contributing our privilege to the world.

 In order to flip over your current condition, you need to know what is your responsibility from this life, if you just obsess about what you want, life will make you disappoint about result, in order to create new circumstance, you need to possess the nature habit, e.g. self-discipline, consistent learning habit, commitment with the long haul, please remember this wise words; life doesn’t offer you a pain if you don’t struggle, life only gives you the pain of regret when you don’t struggle, if you regret about what you don't start, it means, you are losing your opportunity, you are losing your confidence, you are losing your privilege, if you think your life is hard, you need to compare with those people who are homeless, hungry people and sick people, if you don’t undergo from those people’s unpleasant experience, you should be grateful about that because God doesn’t give you the wound that you aren’t ready to experience it, sometimes God gives you a wound because you are ready to endure it, if you don’t endure it, how can you share your empathy to others?, only God's greatest soldier will be able to endure wound, if you don’t like with your life, you must change your habit because every habit you make is produced by what you love so far and not all you love can bring you empathy and happiness, you must beware about what you love because not all you love are good for you and some of things you love can bring dangerous thing for you, sometimes you need to balance between what you love, what you hate, what you hope, what you fear and what you regret, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

It is caused by overreaction to negative self talk”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can control their overreaction towards what makes them happy and what makes them sad, if we use different view about this case, overreaction is part of the strong negative emotion to recognize the environmental change, if you really want to know about what you don’t know in life, you must find some inspirational stories where it can reanimate your curiosity, to know deep about life, you must be curious about it, in my opinion; “life is much better than our perception about it”, do you know why I say such thing? because there are a lot of beautiful things in this life that we don’t know, so far we get the lesson from life that most people overreact after they are talking about problem, difficult thing, crisis and uncertainty, now if we put our attention to problem for longer periods of time, we will end up our mind in the jar of problem, so the problem we have now is not about problem anymore, but we forget how to live with fulfilled potential and how to live outlived focus towards our life mission, in order to reawaken our potential, we need to stay calm in every situation, if we focus on “what if”, as impact, we will feel anxiety or depressed, but if we focus on the present situation, we can ask ourselves “how can I be of service to life today? The more people get enlightened from our service, the more we deserve something that most people don’t get.

  Smile depression is not part of crucial expression to represent the problem we face, what we need to invest to our life is train our mind to say positively to our body and not to speak negatively to our body, if we dissect every problem we face, problem can attract the upcoming negative reaction if we don't beware about it, remember this; our body can’t differentiate between what we notice is wrong or right, our body can’t reject what we give reaction into it, if we say “I will fail again because of this problem”, as impact, our body vibration will receive the message and it will show the weakest reaction to us because the body believes getting failure is good, it would be better if we say "I am getting enlightened because of this lesson", that's positive self-talk, remember; before our body will receive bad influence from small minded people, we need to change the way we speak about ourselves from negative self-talk to positive self-talk, if we don’t change the way we speak, our body will listen our bad mood instantly, finally our body will lose its confidence and potential because body can’t differentiate which influence is good or bad, here is the special note; we will continue to suffer if we react to everything we listen from others, once again, we must become the filter machine which can differentiate which words are good and which words are bad, our body will react based on what we feel, if we can calm our emotion with positive self-talk, our body will continue to learn something and it will seek the information that we need, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “depression isolation? use your imagination to reanimate your next destination”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people feel guilty about what they already did in life, some of them isolate themselves from new environment because they aren’t interested with it and they worry new environment will make them depressed, if we use different view about this case, “the problem is not caused by the environment, but it comes from person’s inability to create the best moment they are going to create for self-fulfilling prophecy”, remember this advice; if we don’t know where we are going, we always get stuck at dilemma before we start something, what we need to do right now is starting new different step with the leap of faith, there is wise word says “if we want to win the war, we need to preempt the war before it is started”, if we apply that wise word into reality, “sometimes we need to hack our own mind memory by starting something we never did before the mind will habitually stop what we start”, if we always believe all memories in our mind, we will create the depression isolation’s atmosphere, I can’t imagine if that painful experience will manifest into reality, there must be huge disaster.

 In order to reduce the serious impact which is caused by our depressed isolation in mind, we need to reanimate the next destination we want to go before our fear will crush the mental picture of next destination, we need to visualize where we want to go and what we want to do within next destination, if we don’t know where we want to go, as impact we will never act according to what we believe, if we don’t know what we will do within next destination,  as impact, our habit always creates many excuses rather than our intention to do something useful, starting from now, train your imagination to visualize what you want to accomplish, once you accomplish something, your faith will grow, if you faith grows every day, the impossible thing that you fear most will become illusion and your dream will be realistic because you stay faith with it, as long as you can accomplish something, there is always new path which can guide you to become better person, if you work hard on yourself, your habit will not produce the depression isolation, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

You simply need to create your circumstance as the vacation’s atmosphere” the main reason why I choose that topic because recently many people depress, some of them think what they are depressed because they are treated bad with their job, the outer circumstance and human's relationship, do you know why it must happen into reality? Because people consider their problem lies in those areas, instead they don't see the problem within what they already visualize in their mental picture, if we use different perception, there is no single person can create the depression state in their mind unless their habit does every day, in order to reduce the impact of depression state, people must not use their desire to change what they can’t , so people must find something that they would die for and live for it, if we look at reality, some people demand higher expectation than what they really get in reality, no wonder they won’t be happy because they encircle themselves with expectation without realization of great ambition, here is my recommendation; “don’t demand others to do something for you if you don’t dare to demand yourself to work hard on your service”, basically, we must take the consequence before we demand what we deserve, we don’t need to involve antidepressant to stay with us in life because antidepressant is not kind of solution to solve human’s mental problem.
