   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “ADHD depression? You must build new productive habit to encounter it” the main reason why I choose it because not all people can create productive habit when they suffer ADHD depression or we can call it (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), this is part of neurodevelopmental condition that affects children and adult, there is no man can escape from ADHD except he is not betting his happiness based on the time he sets, as long as he is accepting his limitation and increasing his capacity like a new student who loves to learn something, if there is person who does his excellent work as the contributor in life, there is nothing can fear him and there is nothing can worry him because he enjoys what he is capable of, remember this lesson; ADHD develops when the brain and central nervous system develop impairment related to grow and development, ADHD will show varying degrees of these three behaviors to adult and children; inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity, if we want to avoid three behaviors impact such thing, “we must know what our habit does to us, we must know what our spirit needs most in life, we must know what is the purpose of potential, we must know our capacity and our limitation”, that’s most important thing in life.

  We can’t break our limitation until our capacity is ready to endure life’s tough challenge, our limitation will block our vision as long as we don't have enough power to change, we have to ensure what we do in daily basis can lead us how to create magnificent story in life, if we force our desire to do something while our capacity is not ready to fulfill what we desire, as impact our desire will crush our life pattern and it will put ADHD depression to our mental health, that’s not good idea, if we really love about our lives, we must not harm our lives to the place where it doesn’t offer emotional offering, we must create productive habit if we want to change something because habit is the main gate which can lead us to finish thing, remember; life only grants us what we need and not to fulfill what we want, only our habit will determine what we will become in the future, God is planning our future based on what our habit does for us in every single day, if we suffer ADHD depression now, it is not caused by lack of willingness, but it is caused by our leadership program towards habit which is unable to treat us better, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
