Antidepressants weight loss? You shouldn’t consume it, you just need calmness


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Antidepressants weight loss? You shouldn’t consume it, you just need calmness” the main reason why I choose that topic because antidepressant will not solve people’s mentality problem, no matter how much antidepressant that people consumed in the past, it would not solve people’s problem, instead, antidepressant will give people more burdensome issue and also make people addicted, remember this advice; just because we worry of something, it doesn’t mean we directly consume antidepressant weight loss, it's absurd, if we consume something unnaturally, we will get the unpredictable problem because we oppose the natural law, here is the clue; “if we want to heal a mental illness naturally, we must use the natural product where it is manufactured by the nature because human's natural setting is congruent with the nature character/ habit", e.g. do fasting like Muslim, do physical exercise, meditation, contemplation, do ablution with water, use the herbal remedies, those are activities which can offer us peace and calmnessdon’t let other people convince you to consume something unnaturally, such as drug, alcohol which it has been manufactured by chemical product, (depression is not part of physical issue, it belongs to mental issue and spiritual issue), what we need to improve is our fixed mindset and our philosophy, we need to find the information from the reliable informant who can give what our spirit needs most, e.g. how to calm depression earlier or how to detect depression symptoms, if we consume something which it can make us addicted, the more we obtain the bad effect from it, if there is something can make us addicted, there is huge problem awaits us, we must know how to stop what makes us addicted before we get addiction issue, basically addiction is equally with incorrigible bad behavior.

  In order to get calmness, don’t believe with something instant result or instant process because whenever it is used, it will end up instantly, we must appreciate about the process, the reason why people get depressed easily because they expect the instant result and they don’t want to take long term process in any endeavor, to deal with depression, we need to build new habit which has potential to deal with depression, such as discipline, we shouldn’t wait someone else to fix our life journey, what we need to do is don't do what nature's character doesn't do (such as push human's limitation to control what human can't), at this moment, let me share to you how to create calmness in any situation, here is the first strategy you can do to heal depression; find something where it can push you to leave the comfort zone, the reason why we need to leave the comfort zone because it doesn't offer calmness, instead the comfort zone offers the regret zone, here is the second strategy you can do to heal depression; stop trying so hard to be something you are not supposed to do, it means, don't do something where it increases a sense of depression, such as, make debt for increasing lifestyle, depression will lose its weight when we do activity where it has potential to increase the mental development, such as practice your passion, read the book, remember; the mental shape process is like pumping the hands by lifting the barbell up and down, the more you build mental strength through complete your accomplishment, the more you able to deal with depression state, if your spiritual experience grows, your mental strength will grow as well, finally you will not get caught with depression state, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
