Do what makes your life is worthwhile”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people don't care about the cause of depression, instead they bury their potential by pursuing what their ego wants, if we look at reality, ego doesn't teach something worthwhile to human, instead ego will mislead people to the dangerous situation where people can't find their potential anymore, in order to know whether your ego is working for you or not; you can refer to your habit and mindset, if both can't alter your passion into action, it means, you are being frightened by unrealistic failure every time you pursue your passion, besides that, ego can't expand your curiosity level because you will be directed into misleading behavior, such as feeling pleasure and depression state, here is the first thing you must do if you want to avoid depression state with no reason; you must stop focusing what makes you unhappy, it means, you don't push your limitation to reach the time where you create the instant success, if you use your limitation to reach what your rational mind can't do for you, it means, you build a sense of depression state for no reason, here is the special note; ego doesn't want you to enjoy the learning process from every moment you passed and ego always skips the process, if you follow ego by doing something out of your limitation, life will make you depressed for no reason.

 I don’t recommend you to do something more than you can’t bear the consequence because it will crush your inner peace, you can’t change your life until you create a small habit which can offers you suffer, fear, difficult and doubt, if life gives you enjoyment of pleasure, you can't enhance your learning progress, starting from now, you must create a small habit which can progress your progressive learning, such as, you determine type of information you read every day, you determine type of self-image you create every day, you determine how you talk to yourself, you determine who has access to you, you determine how you spend your mornings, you determine the priority level of your plan, here is the second thing you must do if you want to avoid depression state with no reason; you find the career which needs your patience and you can bear with the process, it means, you love with the process, the reason why you must apply this strategy because it can motivate you to learn more about something you never learn in life, remember this; life is the biggest mirror which can offer you self-reflection, if you can't find deep meaning of sense about your self-esteem and self-image, your ego will find pleasure which can give you poor self-image, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
