Help them to stop their attention to pursue something uncontrolled”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people push their limitation to live in the area that they can’t control, such as yesterday’s moment, other people’s (opinion, feeling and behavior), the economy crisis, politic crisis, etc. here is the key how to cure depressed people for temporary; remind themselves to focus within 24 hour, if people spend their restricted time to do something out of self-control, people will lose their major focus and they will lose their confidence level because they try so hard to be someone they are not supposed to do, life is not too hard, but it is not simple to be explained, if people are willing to contribute whatever they have for life, life will return what they deserve to get in perfect timing, remember this advice; life has very strict rule, if we are serious how to build good thing in life, we will deserve to get what we built in the past and we couldn’t reject to receive the outcome, but if we are complacent about what we build in life, life will give us something that can makes us disappointed and we can’t reject it.

  Starting from now; don’t expect anything worthy from this life before you build something which lies inside of you, such as mental strength, don’t make yourself appropriate to be with something you don’t belong, you have to know what causes you depressed and know what makes you happier than you were yesterday, your opportunity is started to welcome you as long as you put your attention within 24 hours, here is my opinion;  be curious person about what you can contribute to life within 24 hours if you want to untie yourself from depression state, in addition, you must let go what makes you feel depressed and don’t hold too strong about your desire because you will get hurt by your desire, there is only one way how to cure the depression state is contributing what you can give as the legacy for others, e.g. your message, experience, money, physical effort, quality time, knowledge, service, here is the lesson that I have been taught so far from other people's experience, “worry will not solve anything, instead it can create the opportunity to fear about new change", if you are obsessed too much about something you want until you don’t want to let it go away from you, that obsession is not good for you, instead it is going to make you depressed, as long as your obsession can make you depressed, it is very dangerous for your life story, here is the formula how to know whether you obsession is good or bad for you; “you start to visualize about something you are obsessed with it in every single day, if you feel completely at ease even though you can't get advantage by your obsession, you are safe to pursue that obsession”, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
