You simply need to immerse yourself with the nature habit”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are addicted with antidepressant every time they get something which can make them stressed,  if we observe about the root of problem, the problem is not caused by stress, it comes from people's behavior which is not congruent with the nature habit, let me explain about it, if we take a look with the nature habit, the nature doesn't demand to receive more blessing, but  it demands itself to give more blessing, that's effective medicine for mental illness, maybe you will ask me "what's relationship between the mental illness and nature's habit?" basically, the nature's habit is designed by God to be a good role model for human, the nature's habit creates the positive energy, whereas mental illness is caused by negative energy absorption too much, in order to stop your behavior from the depression state, you need to feel harmony by combining between the positive energy (the nature's habit) and the negative energy (the human's desire), please note; you can't create the positive energy without giving your blessing to others, if you aren't willing to give what's your most precious thing in your life, at least you contribute what's important thing, the more you attract the positive energy, the more you create more blessing, here is my recommendation; you embrace the uncertainty where it offers difficult, scary, and enthusiasm, use those thing as the mental development training, if you develop your mental progressively, you will be the different person and you will not regret about what you already possess because whatever life gives you is the best thing you can receive.


 Please don’t consider difficult thing or scary thing as your real problem, sometimes the most difficult lessons are the one of what your spirit needs most, in order to discover what your spirit needs most, you need to feed your mind with valuable information which it can motivate you to do something impressive, sometimes your mind can’t accept something difficult at the first time because you are not used to get mental training during you were in the childhood, that’s common problem, you need to train your behavior by impersonating the nature's habit, that’s clue, you will be free from depression state if you are willing to accept the lesson from life, if you just follow your desire, life will suppress your mental health as the consequencestarting from now, you must beware about all information around you because not all information can bring new value to your resources, sometimes you need to rethink every time you get information from the unknown informant, life is the arena where you choose from what you hate and what you love, if you embrace what you hate to do, you will get wisdom, if you embrace what you love, you will only get what you are looking for in life, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
