Don’t litter your mind with sensational news story”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can endure pain from their own anger, many of them just let their anger is blowing by showing their poor utterance clearly and create a destruction, I just to remind you that your body can't differentiate between right or wrong, if you express your utterance with temper, your body will believe whatever you say and your habit will materialize what your temper wants in the future, before your temper controls you, remember this philosophy, "temper is like raging fire, fire will not spread if there is no whirlwind", whirlwind is like unexpected bad effect, it means, if we deliberately continue our anger, our anger will destroy something around us and also our anger will leave painful regret in behind, here is a big issue why most people get angry easily; people consider sensational news story is good news for them, such as the information where it has been highlighted in newspaper, magazine, TV, social media, etc. those communication in printed media or published in the commercial TV station aren't designed to develop your mental, it will change your positive vibration to low vibration (negative) because bad news is good news for what journalist writes, as long as the story they write can shock people's emotion and also can increase the traffic of viewer, they keep publishing what they write, so whatever they write something in public, they don't care about what people notice, remember this advice; "the more we consume the sensational news story, the more we add the shocking behavior to our subconscious mind because the highlighted information has opposed our positive vibration in mind", the basis of mental strength is not controlling what you want and what you don’t want in your life, but how you keep calm yourself even though there is no way to deal with difficult situation, I think discarding a sensational news story is the beginning step how to control temper, even though we try so hard to avoid temper, sensational news story is always being around and watching us to do something, please stay alert about your major attention to every information around you.
Here is what you can do if you want to control temper is “love what you have recently before life teaches you to love what you lost”, the reason why you need to do this strategy because it will help you to create new ritual which can attract upcoming blessing from God, remember; your ritual and your habit are the basic requirement to change what you feel and what you think, if you feel blessed with what you own, your life will not worry about what you don’t have because you feel blessed with what you already own, beware of what we express because every word from mouth is trying to lead us to prophesy what we are going to get in the future, besides that temper is always magnifying our negative vibration all the time, in order to reduce the pain of temper, we must not consider our time will be in ours, if we consider our time like the material, we will always worry every time we don’t get what we want in life, the best cure to stop worry is don't try to count your time based on your fact, but how you enjoy your 24 hours of life journey as if your actions were not blocked with everything in life, your job is doing something within 24 hours, not thinking about your age which is leaving you, your best life moment is what you decide now, not yesterday or later, if we look at reality, not all people love what they have because their mindset has been fueled with mind debilitating information, e.g. bad influence, newspaper, media, hoax, TV commercial, etc. Here is very important note; if people don’t care about their mental development, life will put them in the jail of obsession until they can’t go anywhere, eventually life will let people to suffer about what they can't possess, if we love to our life, we have to ensure our contribution can provide a help to beloved people around us. e.g. we inspire people with what their soul needs, in order to feel happy, we must let go what we desire most and let the universe continues our work, remember; every desire has own weight, we must let it go after we have created, if we don't do that, our mental will get burdened with our desire and it will crush our mind health, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
