   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Stop being angry? Understand more about yourself and raise self-love”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many of us can't control our anger every time we can’t get what we want in reality, our desire is stronger than capacity of understanding, if we behave such thing, as impact, we are easily to blame the outer circumstance for mistake and we forget how to understand more about ourselves, I just want to remind you that anger is the part of pride feeling which is supported by arrogance, anger is the effect, not the cause, the major cause is lacking of self-worth, if we still can’t calm our anger for longer time, our fear grows and we will lack of self-worth which can build the feeling of arrogance, the key how to stop being angry is understand more about yourself and raise self-love, e.g. raise your knowledge, do more kindness than what you are paid for, kindle your productive hobby, solve other people’s problem, here is the important thing you need to remember; "don't obsess too much about something you can't own because it will create a new disaster for your inner peace, be grateful about what you love", the more you love more about yourself, the more you will do something useful for your future as well as other people's life, if you focus on what you are obsessed, you will get more suffering, if you focus to serve people well with your small contribution, you will get a blessing and your anger will resolve by itself, you don't need to know how to stop your feeling of anger, if you just need to distract your attention to something inspired which can attract your major attention

   Here is the first alternative strategy how to stop being angry is "find a natural gift through making a personal mistake or making a new experience in life where we never create before and we contribute our gift to others", here is the second strategy we can do how to stop being angry is "always staying extremely curious of doing more than what we know, sometimes curiosity can reduce the amount of anger because curiosity itself can anchor new innovative idea and logical way", the main reason why we must stay hungry about inspirational story or something really new because curiosity can change our subconscious mind pattern where it controls our habit, remember; self-love can’t be measured by having a lot of stuff, or having a lot of good relationship, self-love can be measured by doing more of kindness for your future and also caring more about other people's life, e.g. we can teach them how to fish opportunity, not to fish moneyif people are angry now because they think their accomplishment is appreciated by receiving more money, in fact, receiving money can’t make people happy and solve their core of belief, money is the tool for facilitating of what people need to buy, money will give you more happiness if you are able to buy something where money can't buy it for you, e.g. masterpiece, inner peace, enthusiasm, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
