   At this moment I would like to share several strategies how to reduce anger issue, hopefully these strategies can help you to create peace of mind, here is the first thing we can do if we want to reduce anger impact; we train our mind to find more evidence about life wisdom, the reason why we need to do it because our mind pattern is always looking for pleasure and trying to avoid suffering, if feed our mind with less suffering, our mind will lose its potential to grow, here is special note; if you apply this formula, your conscious mind will forget how to be angry; “surround your lifestyle with suffering 80% and pleasure 20%”here is the second thing we can do if we want to reduce anger impact; don’t force reality to fit into our circumstance, it means, we must live peacefully with reality, if we are willing to work with the law of nature, as impact, we will not get involved with the depression state because we accept reality, there is wise word; ”the cause of anger is not coming from what makes you angry right now, but the cause of anger comes when you are expecting too much to life's uncertainty and you overlook reality”, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
