Stop focusing to your negative expectation”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people know how to handle anger in effective way, the root of problem why people can’t handle their anger because they fail to see themselves in positive expectation and they aren't ready to accept reality as a stepping stone, if we observe thoroughly about what causes people angry, the major cause is always about the repetition in rat race and people put their major focus in lacking of something, e.g. lacking of money, lacking of possession, lacking of creativity, lacking of vision, lacking of confidence and many kind of lacking, from that case, we must beware to use our attention because what we focus is going to attract something we don’t really know from future, before we attract of something from our image, we must know about what we really need now and what we really want later, one of the primary law in this universe, it is called the law of attraction, it says “what someone attracts his attention, he will spread his energy into the object, so the object will be nurtured and expanded into mental picture, eventually the object will be materialized into reality and it will be returned to the receiver”, from that case, we can conclude, if we are angry, we draw what we don't really want from reality and then reality will give us bad mood and we will be pursued by poor judgment of mentality as consequence.
Here is my recommendation, don’t try to judge wrong when we don’t really know what future looks like, we shouldn’t interfere the law of universe’s working, once we violate the law of universe, we are forced to absorb the power of negativity or the dark side of life, when we absorb too much about the dark side of life, our eyes will be blinded to see the abundance of life, e.g. wealth, health, prosperity, finally we will live and behave such a poor person’s habit, at this moment I would like to share several strategies how to stop focusing to your negative expectation, hopefully it will help you to improve your life journey, here is the first thing you must do if you want to build a positive expectation in the future; you don’t consider success as the end of your struggle, the reason why you must continue to do something new today because tomorrow is always be mystery, once you stop learning, you start killing your potential, your positive expectation, your intuition and your enthusiasm, don't let your mind to focus on something you don't possess, but train your mind to focus what you already possess, that's practice how to handle anger, here is the second thing you must do if you want to build a positive expectation in the future; you always be hungry for new change and you put yourself in the worst situation you have created with your own version, the reason why you must try it because not all situations out there are always supporting what you expect, sometimes you need to prepare yourself by putting yourself in the worst situation where it can optimize your mental strength, when your mental is strong enough, you will be forgotten by your sense of anger, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
