Mindfulness for anger? Do de-stressing and think hard

  

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Mindfulness for anger? Do de-stressing and think hard”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people don’t find a way how to do de-stressing with their version, instead most people spend more time to find pleasure until they don't know how much time they spend time for pleasure, if they keep behaving such thing, their mind will be fueled with anger every time they will meet with the same problem, I don't recommend people to find pleasure while they are angry, what I recommend to them is doing something which can make them think hard, the reason why I say such thing because bad temper can't conquer logical thinking, if you can think hard every time you are angry, you indirectly produce the power of logical thinkingif you find a problem where it can make you angry, please don't push yourself to do when you are not capable to do, all you need to do is step back for temporary, you can do de-stressing and focus on the abundant thing, remember; anger is not the primary problem for everyone, but the primary problem is bad influence and limiting belief, the anger's degree can represent people's endurance level, if people are angry easily because they lack of endurance power and they prefer to work based on profit-oriented, not value-oriented, now I have question for you; do you think anger can’t be substituted with positive behavior? It is possible to do as long as people don’t put their major attention to the lack or scarcity, if people focus on the abundance, they will forget how to be angry because only fearful people create a limiting belief to project their fearfulness into anger.

  In order to avoid sense of anger, we need to accomplish something we never create, the main purpose why we need to accomplish something we never create because it can be used to add new value for improving our personality and breaking our limiting belief, remember; good personality is not produced by limiting belief, but it is produced by personal's progressive belief and insatiable curiosity to learn more, weak people only focus on the bad feeling, whereas, strong people only focus on what they can do after they got setback or adversity, remember; a sense of anger will resolve by itself if we don’t give it energy with our conscious decision, what we can do when we are angry is breaking our limiting belief by evolving our vision and mission to do more, not to accept more, if we feel not good because we are so loyal with bad influence or old tradition where it teaches people how to show anger, here is the last note; good version of our personality can be viewed when we commit to increase our capacity of giving, either giving good value to ourselves or serving other people with solution, good personality can be prolonged for everlasting when we expand our limiting belief by digging good information where we have never been taught at school, the biggest enemy is not circumstance but our ignorance, please beware about it, self-ignorance is the tool where it can attract negativity in life, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
