   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Philosophy of anger is always motivated by human’s great fearfulness”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many of us forget how to calm anger once we meet with insurmountable problem, if we use different perception "we don't need to solve insurmountable problem because it is designed to grow our mindset, as long as we can grow our mindset by learning something from the problem until we get the main point from it, so problem will resolve by itself", if you observe a bit why people can’t calm their anger because their sense of fearfulness is greater than feeling of self-esteem, they don't spend their valuable time to develop self-potential, that's main problem, in order to reduce a side effect of anger, people usually harm themselves by drinking alcohol, smoking a lot, and destroying some stuff around them, at this moment let me clarify "everybody has different degree of fear, fear is not designed to define human's weaknesses, but it is designed to measure how capable of someone's skill to deal with new issue, now the question is “how long people can endure their fear?”, as long as people focus to do something they can control, as impact, people will not get affected by their own fear, instead their fear will change into new strength, but if people magnify their fear by stopping to learn and they start to imagine something worst, as impact, fear will turn into disaster, here is the solution how to reduce fear; “don't try to fight reality and use your 24 hours by doing what useful for your mental health”.

    Your duty is not against the law of nature, but work together with the nature, e.g. you develop your mental health by doing a long term goal, this strategy for measuring your laser focus and strengthening your endurance, fear is always motivated by loss of short term gratification and anger is supported by lacking of endurance to deal with uncertainty, as we know "anger, greedy, anxiety and fear are standing side by side, you can't separate them from you, your duty is not to diminish them at the same time, but you have to ensure your attention is not lies in what you can't do in your limitation", starting from now, don't try to reject reality even though you don't like it, every reality has been measured long time ago before it came to your timeline, if you feel that you can’t accept reality, don't show your anger instantly, but find another direction where it can distract your attention from new issue, maybe you can start to imagine a new reward as the present for you after you are willing to solve a new issue where it is happening nowI think showing a sense of anger is not necessary because it can’t change reality very soon, instead showing anger can destroy our inner peace, remember; we are given by God with a special ability (imagination, freewill, faith and creativity) where all animals and plants don’t possess it, that's biggest opportunity to create something we never knew before, we are living on earth not to limit our unlimited potential, instead we use our self-limitation to measure how much progress of our skill to expand our comfort zone into learning zone, we shouldn’t destroy our limitation by fighting what we hate, but we appreciate self-limitation to protect us from the unwanted advice where it usually comes from bad influence, remember; there is no bad guy or criminal, there is only bad influence, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
