Angry emotion? Use your anger to discipline yourself only

  

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Angry emotion? Use your anger to discipline yourself only”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people understand how to apply angry emotion for making the positive impact, most people use angry emotion when they think their existence is more important than other people, if people behave this kind of attitude, they start to underestimate other people’s skill and disrespect other people’s dignity, remember; anger is like time bomb, we will get serious problem with our mental health, in order to stop angry emotion, we must create the right purpose to delay the anger's explosion, e.g. we learn how to discipline our body and mind to accomplish something which has a high priority, as long as we focus on something has a high priority, our anger will lose its strength because we consider our anger is having a low priority and less important, remember; angry emotion can hurt us when we release our energy to pursue what we think is impossible, anger will not come to us, unless we are driven with our sense of dignity, maybe you can ask to yourself before you get angry, “how much value do I get from my anger?”, if you keep thinking about a positive value, your subconscious mind will not give the incredible power to your anger because your subconscious mind understands that anger can't offer a positive value to you, remember; our happiness lies into our peace of mind, not lies into pleasure from the stuff we already own, if we don't fear to lose about what we love, we already stay in a peace of mind.

    When our state of mind can stand in longer time, we create positive vibes to increase our discipline of mind,  remember; angry emotion will kill our potential if we lack of clear goal, angry emotion can be turned into self-discipline when we build self-actualization's personality, "what makes us angry is not receiving the reward, but our huge expectation is bigger than self-actualization"there is only we can do as human if we want to avoid angry emotion; "don't violate the law of universe and don't expect what you can't control", the reason why we are still living on earth because we are destined to receive the abundance of life, e.g. health, wisdom, love, as long as we widen our capacity by focusing what we can control, “energy will flow into what we can control and life will manifest what we deserve to get", there is no way to prove what we deserve to get from this ocean of probability, the key to realize what we deserve is coming from what we prepared in 3 or 5 years ago, if we feel angry in our emotion, that's mean we lack of discipline to finish what we should be done, if we feel in peace, that's mean we don't fear to lose about what we love, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
