You main duty as woman is don’t put your focus on something which can’t be changed as naturally, you just need a bigger distraction to distract your focus to do something bigger than you fear, that’s point, your circumstance will not change until you increase your capacity of resourcefulness, maybe you need to kindle new hobby or you set a clear goal in order to magnify your power of focus, life is not changing for you if you don't change yourself, in my opinion; you must change your philosophy if you want to get new wisdom for your life, don’t ever try to change something which has been set by God as naturally, but change something you can by expanding what you experience with your resourcefulness, the late of Bruce lee said “you must apply what you know, there is meaningless resource if you don’t apply what you know, you know nothing until you apply what you know”, remember; every human is limited by what they know, what they believe is limited by what they learn, they will never know what happens within themselves until they do something they never try before, starting from now, don’t do something which can increase your bad mood, you must focus how to make your life is more valuable, the greatness comes from what you invest within something you are extremely curious, if your focus is bigger than the pain of PMS, you no longer feel bad mood, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
