Struggle what you deserve”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people are struggling for what they deserve, it means, they use their heart to pursue something which can’t empower their inner peace, most people do something because they think like “profit is everything”, let me clarify about this subject, profit is good , but it is not enough to heal your mental fitness, I say such thing doesn't mean to belittle the importance of profit, if we don’t raise our standard of spirituality by giving more than we are paid for it, we will always get sad because our emotional need isn't fulfilled with the kindness, our spirituality can be fueled when we struggle with something we deserve, e.g we work with God-given talent, if you feel peace while you work on something, please keep it up and don't look for big salary only, you must consider your emotional need can be fueled by what you are working on, here is what I recommend; please don’t spend your major time to look for pleasure only if you want to build a good career and also don't work if your emotion gets the pain of anxiety, the reason why I say such thing because there is no meaningful career if what you pursue can’t answer your intuition or passion, here is the philosophy you need to ponder; “the fixed profit is caused by the fixed mindset, the more you do something exceeded than your expectation, the more you deserve something exceeding than what you deserve”, here is the first thing you need to do if you want to avoid feeling sad; you need to enlarge your important role in this life, you must ask yourself "what can I offer to life through my role?" if you don’t see yourself is bigger than your circumstance, you will not get the important duty from this life, in order to know more about your important role in this life, you need to create your own service by finding an extreme problem from this life and fulfill it with your service, if your service can answer other people’s problem and fulfill people's emotional needs, that’s the right destination you need to put everything you own, such as ability, focus, energy, and time. 

 

  You will never exceed your mindset until you are willing to feel pain of growth, the longer you feel pain, the more you receive the power to change your life's path and the longer you feel comfort and ease, the less power you can get, people who get sad for no reason, it is not caused by lack of having good stuff, but it is caused by lack of clarity to differentiate between what they want and what they need, now let me continue about the next strategy, here is the second thing you need to do if you want to avoid feeling sad; you have to know what is your major strength among many skills you have learned so far, the main reason why you need to know about your major strength because it will increase your new level of capacity, either the troubleshooting skill or the empathy skill, if you just learn many skills without knowing about your speciality, your skills can make you sad or disappointment, don't feel sad when other people reject your service, sometimes people reject you not because your service is worthless, but they can't appreciate your speciality, you have to know that, God gives you a skill because you are being hired by God to do something where most people can't do like you, you don't need a credit from other people to start, you just need to start what you don't know because you are in the middle of miracle right now, here is the last note you need to ponder; don’t pursue something out of your control, make yourself is like a seed where it will be planted by God in the darkness and you will grow something miraculously, your duty is not executing what you don't know, but your duty is making a new room for the universe to fill up the strength you need, remember; you will never find the meaning of broke in your life as long as you serve something bigger than yourself, you will never get a big duty from God until you feel the deepest pain through receiving adversity and uncertainty, your capacity will widen by itself when you let yourself getting the pain of growth, if your capacity is large enough, God will not procrastinate to give you more than physical wealth, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

You have to be selective observer”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people can’t get good feeling every time they see some people talk about topic which it is unrelated to what most people need, the root of problem why people feel social anxiety because they let themselves to consume all information from the social media’s post without selecting which information should be consumed, in my opinion; before you open the social media's application, you have to know what is your purpose and who is the person will offer information you need in social media, if you can't answer it, please don't spend your major time to idle in the social media, if you break this rule, you intend to allow other people to dump the information you don't need into your brain memory, remember this philosophy; the information you consume every day will determine about what you become in the future, so you can't deny or escape from this law, you must stay cautious about people whom you put them into your social circle, if your friend, comrade, neighborhood, family can’t offer something important to your life purpose, you must find a good role modelthe first thing you must do if you want to protect your peace from social anxiety is you have to become a selective observer, it means, you don’t have to receive all information which is unrelated to what you are looking for your purpose, as long as the information you receive is related to what you are looking for your purpose, you can continue it whatever it takes, remember; your time is very limited, don’t let all information can disrupt your focus and interrupt your purpose, if you lose your money, you can work again to earn some money, but if you lose your time, you will never retrieve it again because you aren’t entitled to control or delay your time.

  If what you do now and what you believe can offer you a peace, you must continue it because it will level up your mindset and personality, that’s formula how to grow your new mindset, remember; create new mindset can’t be achieved within 1 or 2 days, it will take several years to create the new process, human’s brain is like a plasticity, it can be improved, refined or upgraded as we wish, if our mindset has leveled up, we will not get a sense of depression because our capacity is wider than the size of depression, at this moment let me give you two strategies how to develop mindset in order to avoid depression, here is the first strategy how to develop mindset in order to avoid depression; you must do something which can increase your enthusiasm, the reason why you need to apply this strategy because this is part of natural treatment how to expand your capacity, the growth process may takes several months, but it really works, if you feel depressed often because what you do recently can’t increase your enthusiasm and it opposes your biggest interest, here is the second strategy how to develop mindset in order to avoid depression; don’t trust your all memories and do something excited even though you hate with the process, the reason why you need to apply this strategy because some bad memories can create a new trap to someone’s belief and some useless memories can create a traumatic experience if someone just follows his memories, if someone starts doing something excited even though he hates the process, one day what in his burden will be his salvation in his future life, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

You have to create a progress”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are suffering, the root of problem why many people are suffering because they are unwilling to obey with the law of universe, if you ask me why many people are unwilling to obey with the law of universe because they always see something in the past as burden, not as stepping stone, here what I review about life, "when there is nothing changes in our capacity, there is unknown pressure is trying to suppress us", in order to minimize pressure which is trying to suppress us, we must create a progress to what we do in daily activity, if what we had done in the past can’t offer solution to the future problem, our life will never change and we will never get a peace, the first duty we need to do if we want to get solution is listen our intuition or God-given gift, it means, we need to focus what's could, not what should be owned by us, if we just focus what's could, we will get enlightenment within our imperfection, but if we focus how to get any help from others, we will never detect our imperfection, in my opinion; commitment is the second duty we need to perform, if we don’t commit to do what’s could, life doesn’t commit to change for us, that’s truth, it doesn’t matter how much money you can earn, if money can’t buy you something to increase your potential, you will feel depress because you spend your major time for pursuing the money's habit.

     

  Remember this philosophy; “in every human's imperfection lies the relentless progress", it means, there is nobody will be perfect to what he has done, the greatest source from human’s wealth is caused from what he progresses in his imperfection”, if you think what you have done is perfect, your life will never change at all because life will never offer perfection to human’s life, if life system is full of perfection, life should had died by itself long time ago because there was no growth, remember this advice; life is like plasticity, whatever you can do now, there is always something you never realize about what you haven’t tried, please don’t stop growing your capacity as long as you put your biggest love into something attractive, if you stop growing your capacity, as impact, you will be pursued by a sense of depression, here is the permanent solution if you want to avoid a sense of depression; “you have to do something which it is never be perfect even though you have done it in million times, if what you do now can be improved, refined or upgraded continuously until time can't stop your enthusiasm, you will never get a sense of depression forever”, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Someone must leave his unproductive habit first”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people try to consume antidepressant as self-healing and many of them think consuming antidepressant is good for reducing their depression state, for this case I don’t recommend people to consume antidepressant for long term usage because consuming something unnaturally will bring worse condition to human’s mental health, the first medicine how to get rid of depression is someone must be willing to feel discomfort during leaving his unproductive habit first, that’s part of strategy how to get natural remedies for depression, maybe you will ask me “why we need to feel discomfort during leaving old habit?” Because habit is like a program which has been set by our subconscious mind in the past, if we want to change our habit, we need to hurt our subconscious mind first by receiving new information from trustworthy reference, the first reaction we will respond for welcoming new change in our habit is we hate to adapt and we complain about the process, that’s side effect from natural remedies, remember; our habit will determine 95% our attitude and comfortable habit usually causes the justification act to what we have done in our activity, please don't believe with the comfortable habit because it will guide us to be unproductive person, if we are unhappy because we build habit which is fueled with the unproductive things, we must admit it because there is nobody can make us unhappy, except ourselves.

        

  Depression is usually caused by our mindset which can’t meet with life’s demand, starting from now; we must increase our capacity of learning until we know how to detect the source which causes us to feel depressed, that is the main purpose we need to prioritize than other activity we have done, now I have question to you, “what if other people around you can’t offer happiness?”, if you answer; I will create my own happiness, here is my opinion; don't say "I will create my own happiness" do you know why? because you will never find happiness in your mind until you create the demand for yourself by doing something extraordinary until it can change your old mindset to be new one, before you create your own happiness, you must set goal which can level up your current mindset, if your mindset hasn’t changed yet, that means you set uninspiring goal and you will live in depression state of mind, remember; there is so much obstacle you will find if you leave your old mindset because your commitment will be tested by life whether you deserve to become new person or not, all great things you have ever seen in this life is coming from your high level concentration to what you demand to yourself, if you are willing to change your mindset, you must embrace difficult, anxiety, and unpleasant, if your mindset has changed, your habit will change as well, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Anger issues? Stop punishing your limit

Stop punishing your limit”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people aren’t ready to receive something bigger than their ability, when there is problem comes to their life, their mindset can’t interpret what really happens in their life, if you ask me about the root of problem why people get angry easily because their mindset can’t interpret what life really wants, the main reason why people’s mindset can’t interpret what life really wants because most of the time people fuel their mind with poor philosophy, poor judgment and instant gratification, if people keep repeating that ritual such thing, their expectation will mess up their mind until they can't interpret what life demands, finally people will never find the purpose of life because they don’t store some valuable information how to respond, remember this advice; don’t judge your reality with your high expectation, if you do that, you will see everything around you as low standard, that's very dangerous, if you want to get happy life, judge your reality as God's mercy, in order to reduce people’s anger issues, people must stop punishing their limit by appreciating their reality and increase their capacity of learning, anger issue can poison people’s mental health if people always overlook reality.

 

  Life will never change if your perception about reality hasn’t changed yet, that's the key, if you stop punishing your limit, your capacity will grow faster, all your limit is produced by your comfort zone, please don’t fear to make a new mistake even though you are determined to do something you never try because it is one of simple way how to guide you to become a future oriented person, remember this; only past oriented mindset can influence people to do something emotionally, not logical, here is the important note; please don’t label everything you can't as failure, if you label what you can't as failure, your conscious mind will build the momentum of anger, your judgment is having important role to do something big, if you punish your limit by giving yourself a failure label, finally you will lose your high esteem and you build your sense of fear and anger, starting from now, don’t judge what you can’t do as failure, but you should judge yourself as failure if you stop growing your potential, showing anger is not good decision because your anger will limit your self-worth, don't use your anger often because anger is the last weapon to discipline yourself when you don’t do what you can do, here is special note; your anger will leave you if you always appreciate everything you receive and you share what you love to others, if you appreciate what God gives you even though you dislike it, you don’t have much time to hate, if you don’t have much time to hate, eventually you don’t have much time to get angry, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Seasonal depression? Don’t work like the season’s principle

Don’t work like the season’s principle”, the main reason why I choose that topic because there are so many people are trapped in the job where it pushes them to work like the season’s pattern, (spring, summer, autumn and winter), if people work like the changing season, there is no new lesson can be taken from it, in order to create new future, people must change their capacity of learning through difficult, failure and rejection, besides that, people must have tour de forceif people keep following the job's system which offers the same pattern like season, they will get seasonal depression because they are surrounded by the same rule, the same work ethic, the same suffering, the same environment, and the same mindset, if people aren’t trying to get out from this pattern, they will never get self-healing from their job because the job they have picked doesn’t offer what people need in their life, remember; if people consider their problem can be solved by money from they work, they will never detect the real problem which happens in their life, if you want to know why the real problem can't be detected by people's mindset because they lack of willthe real problem can be detected as long as people are willing to work on their potential for long term period, the reason why people who work on their potential is not getting a seasonal depression because their potential always grows every day like the seed, if you find people around you who work like the season’s principle, you must remind them to work harder on their potential rather than they work on their job, as long as people’s potential growth can be measured by short term gratification, people don’t have anywhere place to go.

  If you want to get self-healing from your job, you must assume your potential’s growth must be higher than your short term goal in your job, as long as you work on the job which can’t offer you a long term goal, you have no idea how to improve your ability and your life will get stuck between your fixed mindset and your hope, the best way to heal your seasonal depression in your job is you must leave a legacy as much as you can to other people's life and let your intuition and your potential helps you to solve other people's problem, remember this philosophy; your future will come to you if you don't work like a season, if you work like the season’s principle, your life will never change because every changing season is trapped in the permanent situation and it already happened more than 6000 years ago, as long as people put their hope in the money, there is no future to people’s life because money will steal people's potential, please beware about what you pursue, don’t let your job just offers you money only, money will lose its value if there is huge inflation, if your ability can be measured by the money you get, you will have no future because your potential will decrease its strength, but if your ability can be measured by the problem you solve, money will follow your future, if you do something you never did before, you will get more than you deserve, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
