Stress induced depression? Don’t label yourself with something you aren’t

  

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Stress induced depression”, the main reason why I choose that topic because some people can’t find what makes them happier in this life, some people consider life is full of suffering, some people think overwork is the major cause how to induce stress and some people consider stress can induce depression, it is not true, do you know why I say such thing because "stress and overwork aren’t related into each other", if you overwork because you find something meaningful in what you do, please continue it because your lifework can give a good impact to your life as well as other people’s lives, that’s simple way how to invite happiness into your life, remember; don't spend your major time to find a happiness because happiness can’t be created nor be founded in everywhere place, let happiness finds in what you contribute in the future, many people get depressed and unhappy because they are too busy to find something which can make them happier, here is my recommendation; you don’t need a label to make you happy because label can't offer you happiness, you just need to love in what you dedicate until you get what makes you grateful and what makes you deserve to get what's valuable, if you always need a label to prove you're happy, e.g. authority, money, reputation, recognition, as impact, your habit will invite stress because what you pursue is mortal, here is the philosophy you need to ponder; every time you feel stress, it can be assured that you label yourself with something you aren’t, please don’t do something just because you want to prove that you will get happiness, all you need to do is you dedicate to create something until you can't see what you expect and let yourself to find something more valuable than what you expect, that's tactic how to remove a label from yourself, if you let yourself to meet what you don’t expect, life will give you more than what you expect, if you want to find something meaningful in this life, please don’t look what you expect, but evolve what you don't know until you get what you don’t expect.

          

 Here is the good news; If you find something you don’t expect, you will find something valuable than you expect, e.g. awareness, remember; the biggest wealth in human's resource is awareness, you can't get the highest level of awareness until you get knowledge from trusted reference, if you dig yourself by expanding your awareness, you will meet with something magnificent in this life, e.g. failure, setback, adversity, mistake, rejection and crisis, those are priceless rewards where most people hate to collect it, here is my recommendation; if you consider failure matters as much as your success, you should not fear to welcome failure because every failure will give you the best lesson than the lesson you have ever got in the school, please don’t put your mind in the place where it doesn’t give you more problem or new challenge, the real problem is not coming what you see/feel/hear, the real problem is coming from what you label about something you hate, the more you hate something you label, the more you provide the room of depression for yourself, basically stress is the bad thing to be avoided as long as you want to challenge your capacity, if you are tired but you enjoy the process, it indicates that you do something where it gives you peace, please accept what’s destined for you until you are ready to accept big responsibility from God's plan, "God gives you problem to you now because He believes only you can solve it and He knows there is something good in problem you are facing, please be grateful about it, besides that, He knows what’s good for you and what’s bad for you, if you accept what God plans for you, you will receive something better than what you plan, once the game you play with is over, the fun begins", here the last note; if you dedicate to seek what you expect only, you will never get enlightenment because every goodness comes from what you hate to do or what you don’t expect to do, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 If you ask me “where does hereditary depression come from?”, it comes from unrelenting hatred feeling towards reality, this bad behavior can’t be healed as long as people don’t break their pattern of wrong ritual, if we want to know whether we get involved with wrong ritual or not, we must observe about the target we are thinking most, if we think about what’s missing in our life or we keep thinking about what’s lacking in us, it can be assured that we put ourselves in the wrong ritual, remember this philosophy; "wrong ritual will create by itself if you break your limitation by doing what can paralyze you", in order to break your wrong ritual, you must check your agenda within 24 hours, if your agenda can't teach you how to be grateful person about what you have done, it means, you have something wrong in your agenda, here my recommendation; please create the map to explore your mind habit, after that, you write down about the target you think most and the target you avoid to think most, if you keep thinking about the target you avoid to think most, it means, your reality will draw a sense of depression, "please don't hurt your reality with something you can't reach with your capacity, surrender yourself to God's plan because God knows what's good for you and what's bad for you", I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 Now here is the first thing you need to do if you want to avoid extreme depression; focus on what's possible you can do and don't prioritize what doesn't prioritize you, the reason why you need to stop prioritizing what doesn't prioritize you because your life doesn't need reaction from what doesn't prioritize you, if you always give your reaction to everything around you, you will never be able to see new opportunity ahead, good opportunity will come to your life when you already prepare your endurance, life will always give something you need if you focus what gives you energy and life will give you bad reaction if you focus how to control what you can't, here is the good news; you will find opportunity when you are willing to welcome new problem and you will never be able to find opportunity when you hate problem, here is the philosophy you need to ponder “problem and opportunity is like the cause and effect's law, as long as we hate problem, our habit will create ego and our habit will crush good opportunity at the same time, but if we welcome problem, we will crush ego and we will create good opportunity at the same time, now here is the second thing we need to do if we want to avoid extreme depression; stop giving your reaction to something which doesn't react to your reaction, this strategy is good for your life journey because you will find your authenticity when you don't react to something which doesn't need your reaction, if you react to something which gives you peace, your habit will not react to something which doesn't give you peace, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 Remember this; don’t avoid uncertainty because it will help us to monitor how much progress of learning we have made, if we only believe about what we see in certainty, we will never know how strong our capacity to go further in the next adversity, As long as we aren’t ready to face uncertainty, we always get something disappointed and we will get frustrated every time we can't adapt with adversity, here is my suggestion; don’t ever try to hate uncertainty even though you aren't ready to adapt with it, sometimes uncertainty helps us to recognize new belief and new potential for us, remember; if we already know about the result before we attempt to accomplish it, our life journey will be bored because there is no challenge in life, the reason why we have been imbued by Almighty God with imagination because every image will help us to shape new possibility for dictating our action, if you think your life is full of adversity because you don't want to challenge yourself to try something you have never done before, please don't hate what doesn't hate you, if you hate about reality, you will create the feeling of hatred and you will get frustrated, life is not made to make fun of what we are unable to do, life is made to test our endurance level, if our endurance is stronger enough to endure pain of adversity, we will not see failure anymore because we really need failure to level up our awareness and capacity of receiving more reward from God, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 Remember; don’t believe with people who offers you a bundle rewards without letting you know about negative impact, before you receive a bundle reward from other people, you can ask yourself "is this reward really worth for solving my problem?", if you can't recognize your comfort zone, you will be forced by Allah to see the manifestation of problem where you will get imprisoned in the same routine activity, that’s critical notification, the first gift you will receive when you insist to get out from the comfort zone is you will be given with problem where only you can solve it, at this moment I would like to give you the signs that you stay in the comfort zone, here is the first sign that you are in the comfort zone; you spend the money without considering about the worth of thing you buy, this is important note how to salvage yourself from the loss of spending money, here is my recommendation; please write down about the possibility of bad consequence before you want to buy a new stuff with your money, for example; you want to buy an expensive stuff with $10.000 right now, before you buy it, you can ask question "Can I can earn back $10.000 within one month?” , if you can’t answer it, please don't spend your money before you can earn back $10.000 within one month, remember this; if you have never thought to ponder about the bad consequence of spending money, I can assure you will be broke man forever, here is the second sign that you are in the comfort zone; you lose your passion of learning, it is very dangerous rather than losing your money, if you lose the passion of learning, you will taste the pain of stupidity because of self-ignorance, remember; life is full of mysterious lesson, if you lose your passion of learning, it means, you dig the pain of regret and you will stay there forever, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 If you want your life is mesmerizing you, you must invest something valuable into your habit, e.g. reading book, listening podcast, doing physical exercise, practicing your skill by solving people's problem, rekindling your enthusiasm by doing until you can't forget the good impact, sharing your kindness / contribution etc. remember this advice; we can’t determine what’s future looks like, only our habits can determine what’s future looks like, our physical fitness isn't entitled to prophesy our future, our physical fitness only receives the result of manifestation from what we shape into our habit, time is very crucial for this section, build something in 5 days is the requirement how to create new habit, after that, our capacity will be tested whether we will use our valuable time to create momentum within 5 days or we will lose our momentum within 5 days, our job as human being is not treating habit which can mesmerize us, but how to make habit is useful to salvage us in the future, here is the truth; we don’t know how long our good habit will support us because every good habit will not last forever, if we don’t repeat it regularly, as impact, our dark of nature will create bad habit for us.
