 Here is the good news; If you find something you don’t expect, you will find something valuable than you expect, e.g. awareness, remember; the biggest wealth in human's resource is awareness, you can't get the highest level of awareness until you get knowledge from trusted reference, if you dig yourself by expanding your awareness, you will meet with something magnificent in this life, e.g. failure, setback, adversity, mistake, rejection and crisis, those are priceless rewards where most people hate to collect it, here is my recommendation; if you consider failure matters as much as your success, you should not fear to welcome failure because every failure will give you the best lesson than the lesson you have ever got in the school, please don’t put your mind in the place where it doesn’t give you more problem or new challenge, the real problem is not coming what you see/feel/hear, the real problem is coming from what you label about something you hate, the more you hate something you label, the more you provide the room of depression for yourself, basically stress is the bad thing to be avoided as long as you want to challenge your capacity, if you are tired but you enjoy the process, it indicates that you do something where it gives you peace, please accept what’s destined for you until you are ready to accept big responsibility from God's plan, "God gives you problem to you now because He believes only you can solve it and He knows there is something good in problem you are facing, please be grateful about it, besides that, He knows what’s good for you and what’s bad for you, if you accept what God plans for you, you will receive something better than what you plan, once the game you play with is over, the fun begins", here the last note; if you dedicate to seek what you expect only, you will never get enlightenment because every goodness comes from what you hate to do or what you don’t expect to do, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “irrational anger”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many of us get irrational anger when we realize there is small problem which is trying to block our awareness level, if we use different perception about it, the problem doesn’t come from what we attempt, the problem will manifest into reality when God tries to rectify our wrong movement, as long as we always attempt to visualize our false belief, we will never find solution which can calm ourselves, basically there is no problem can’t be solved by human’s ability because we have been imbued by Almighty God with the unlimited wealth through our creativity, knowledge, expertise, curiosity, ingenious and diligence, if you think your irrational anger is not good for you, why don’t you stop giving your reaction into your false belief?, that’s challenge you need to test to yourself, remember; our false belief has been triggered when we allow the authorized people to influence us to do something we aren't meant to do, the false rule we believe and wrong upbringing, we must beware about irrational anger because it is trying to prevent us to do something good, please check about several name of authorized people who dictate about what you do, here is the conclusion, the biggest cause of your irrational anger is coming from what you learn from the authorized figure who influenced your philosophy in the past, sometimes you are the result from the average of five people you spend most with.

Because you always recall your past memory which had miserable life journey, our job as human being; if there is nothing needs our reaction, we don’t bother to give our reaction to something which doesn’t need us, that’s basic strategy how to relief our emotional pain, if we realize that life is uncertainty, what we can do is stop focusing to what depreciates us and start focusing what we can give to others even though it has the least size, this is simple method how to reduce sudden sadness, I believe every human can contribute something even though it has the least size, if I were at your position, I will not look my past in anger because past always stays in the past and I can't return my lost time to present, so I will let the past dwells in the past, that kind of attitude makes me happy, starting from now; we must develop our mindset by contributing something valuable to any one who has problem even though our contribution has the least size, if we build daily routine activity such thing, we will free from sudden sadness because our action has produced kindness, if we focus how to make contribution to others even though it has the least size, God will increase our degree of capability and then we will be entrusted to give more kindness than we usually give.

 If we think our life is very hard, we shouldn't use our imagination to visualize about the situation, but we use our imagination to visualize about the favorite place we want to visit, the more we visualize about what we can not or what we fear, the more we increase deepest sadness and weaknesses, at this moment I would like to share some several strategies how to stop sudden sadness, here is the first method you can apply if you feel your life is very hard; don’t give your reaction to what you fear, but give your reaction to problem which needs your enthusiasm, e.g. you solve a a critical problem which may bring a great impact to other people’s lives, here is the second method you can apply if you feel your life is very hard; don’t compare what you can’t do with what other people can do, the reason why you aren’t allowed to compare between your skill and other people’s because every human has different capacity and different purpose, if you keep comparing what you can’t do with what other people can do, your reality will draw the feeling very depressed, here is the third method you can apply if you feel your life is very hard; contemplate about what makes you grateful once you accomplish something, the reason why you need to do what makes you grateful once you accomplish something because the power of gratitude is very powerful to increase self-esteem and also can kill a negative feeling which lies into human’s behavior, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Depression studies” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people can't be happy once they are willing to be happy, during research, I found the biggest factor which can make people unhappy is possessing bad behavior, depression will happen when people lose their focus towards their ultimate goal of life, here is my recommendation; if you want to break the pattern of depression, you must renew your habit, renew your friends circle, renew your ambition with something powerful, e.g. new problem you want to solve, besides that, you aren’t allowed to follow what the majority of people do in their free time because your will lose your authenticity once you follow their habits and they will treat you poorly, here is my recommendation; "you must focus what makes you grateful once you accomplish something", this is lateral thinking style, if you focus to what makes you grateful once you accomplish something, your habit will not get hereditary depression because the power of gratitude blocks hereditary depression to human’s emotional intelligence, remember this; good behavior and bad behavior has different consequence, good behavior will guide you to find what makes you grateful once you accomplish something, if you repeat good behavior, you will not harm your life because your focus only does what your good behavior does, whereas, if you repeat bad behavior, it will guide you how to focus about what’s missing in your life and you will not be able to see what’s possible you can do because your bad behavior influences you to find what’s lacking within you, this is real challenge for you, if you stop pursuing what doesn't prioritize you, you will not hereditary depression from what you pursue.

 If you ask me “where does depression come from?”, it comes from unrelenting hatred feeling towards reality, this bad behavior can’t be healed as long as people don’t break their pattern of wrong ritual, if we want to know whether we get involved with wrong ritual or not, we must observe about the target we are thinking most, if we think about what’s missing in our life or we keep thinking about what’s lacking in us, it can be assured that we put ourselves in the wrong ritual, remember this philosophy; "wrong ritual will create by itself if you break your limitation by doing what can paralyze you", in order to break your wrong ritual, you must check your agenda within 24 hours, if your agenda can't teach you how to be grateful person about what you have done, it means, you have something wrong in your agenda, here my recommendation; please create the map to explore your mind habit, after that, you write down about the target you think most and the target you avoid to think most, if you keep thinking about the target you avoid to think most, it means, your reality will draw a sense of depression, "please don't hurt your reality with something you can't reach with your capacity, surrender yourself to God's plan because God knows what's good for you and what's bad for you", I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Doing you never try something before and you overcome something you never try before, here is my suggestion; don’t pursue what paralyses you because it will make you weaker than you do now, you have to ask yourself before you do something “if I do this, can this thing increase self-worth ?”, if your soul gives you instant gratification only, it means, you do something wrong about yourself, starting from now, you must know the price of your activity because not all activities can offer you the enlightenment, in order to increase your worthy, you must increase the contribution of your goodness to others and let the truth is manifesting something good to you, sometimes receive new progress from what you research can give you new enlightenment rather than you do something for money, "money will not change your life, only enlightenment can guide you how to access what's destined for you, if you do something solely for money, you will get regret when money fails to change your life".

 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic "comfort zone”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many of us realize about the biggest risk of staying in comfort zone, many of us think comfort zone is like secure zone where it offers something we wish, it is kind of fixed mindset, we shouldn't believe with secure zone because there is no such place on earth, it is kind mind illusion, the more we wish to stay in the secure zone, the more we will get something disappointed, do you know why? because secure zone has contradicted with the law of nature, if you want to prolong your happiness on earth, you have to find what can give you energy, e.g. problem, intuition, wisdom, knowledge,  remember this philosophy; life is like zoo in the jungle, it means, there is always bigger risk than what we can solve, if we stop growing our skill and ability to adapt with uncertainty, we will kill our fortune, here is the first thing you must do if you want to leave your comfort zone; you must realize there is always new problem rather than solution you have met, if you realize there is always new problem on earth, you must increase your endurance and stamina, remember; if you prepare yourself with new experience before problem comes in reality, you will become the luckiest person on earth, please don't believe with false expectation from other people's promise because there is no single person will know when they will be ready to receive problem, if you receive problem and then you can solve, it means, you are the luckiest person because the comfort zone is leaving you and Allah will not give you problem unless you already become credible person.

 Remember; don’t believe with people who offers you a bundle rewards without letting you know about negative impact, before you receive a bundle reward from other people, you can ask yourself "is this reward really worth for solving my problem?", if you can't recognize your comfort zone, you will be forced by Allah to see the manifestation of problem where you will get imprisoned in the same routine activity, that’s critical notification, the first gift you will receive when you insist to get out from the comfort zone is you will be given with problem where only you can solve it, at this moment I would like to give you the signs that you stay in the comfort zone, here is the first sign that you are in the comfort zone; you spend the money without considering about the worth of thing you buy, this is important note how to salvage yourself from the loss of spending money, here is my recommendation; please write down about the possibility of bad consequence before you want to buy a new stuff with your money, for example; you want to buy an expensive stuff with $10.000 right now, before you buy it, you can ask question "Can I can earn back $10.000 within one month?” , if you can’t answer it, please don't spend your money before you can earn back $10.000 within one month, remember this; if you have never thought to ponder about the bad consequence of spending money, I can assure you will be broke man forever, here is the second sign that you are in the comfort zone; you lose your passion of learning, it is very dangerous rather than losing your money, if you lose the passion of learning, you will taste the pain of stupidity because of self-ignorance, remember; life is full of mysterious lesson, if you lose your passion of learning, it means, you dig the pain of regret and you will stay there forever, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “shopping habits”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people know about the side effect of shopping habit, the biggest factor why most people don’t want to improve their shopping habit because they think making a new change can be bought through shopping habit, that’s common mistake where it happens to general thinking people, before I talk about shopping habit, do you know what is the effect of consuming the harmful habit? we can get angry easily, regret, complain easily, being ignorant and live in the comfort zone, so there is relationship between shopping habit and harmful habit; if someone goes shopping without having budget control, he will increase his obsession to buy something he doesn't really need for long period of time, so before we teach our children to have spending habit, we must train them to have investing habit, the main reason why we need to have investing habit because it will prepare us to welcome the economy crisis or midlife crisis in the future, creating new habit is like craving something to the stone's surface, it needs pain and suffering, here is the philosophy you need to ponder; "money is like the oxygen, you must have money's stock more than what you use to fulfill your life expense, if you lack of money, you will live like patient who gets asthma", here is the lesson we need to learn; before we increase our life style, we must build the asset where it can buy something productive, that's habit will rescue us from shopping poor habit.

 If you want your life is mesmerizing you, you must know difference between what you need and what you want, that's very important because it will affect to your shopping habit, if there is something you want to buy, but it can be postponed until one month, it indicates that's not part of your daily needs, "if there is something can be postponed to shop, it indicates that it is having meaningless value for now", you must prioritize to invest something valuable into your habit, e.g. reading book, listening podcast, doing physical exercise, practicing your skill by solving people's problem, rekindling your enthusiasm, sharing your kindness / contribution etc. remember this advice; we can’t determine what’s future looks like, only our habits can determine what’s future looks like, our physical fitness isn't entitled to prophesy our future, our physical fitness only receives the result of manifestation from what we shape into our habit, time is very crucial for this section, build something in 5 days is the requirement how to create new habit, after that, our capacity will be tested whether we will use our valuable time to create momentum within 5 days or we will lose our momentum within 5 days, our job as human being is not treating habit which can mesmerize us, but how to make habit is useful to salvage us in the future, here is the truth; we don’t know how long our good habit will support us because every good habit will not last forever, if we don’t repeat it regularly, as impact, our dark of nature will create bad habit for us.
