 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Depressed and alone? Stop living in the short term plan”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people commit to live in the short term plan (less than 1 year), besides that, most people consider living in the short term plan will take a less risk, much pleasure and less difficult, it is not real life, do you know why I say such thing? Because short term plan can’t offer what people need in the future, instead, short term plan just offers what people can’t do in the future, remember; if we talk about the future, we must prepare at least 3-5 years to do something big with a little progress because uncertainty will proceed our skill, the main reason why we need to prepare something big in the future because there is no single person will know what they are destined, if you want to build long term happiness, you must strengthen your endurance because it is requirement to receive something bigger than your current capacity, I believe everybody has different talent and different limit, so we are being needed by future to do something big as long as we focus on our potential and stop living in the short term plan, "if there is nothing challenges your capacity, as impact, your life will not change at all, sometimes we need to taste the pain of adversity for several years until our capacity is ready to receive God's grace in the long term journey"

          

 Here is the first step how to avoid depression and feeling alone; imagine about what’s your clear desire, the main reason why you need to imagine about what’s your clear desire because not all your desires can empower your expertise, if you can imagine about what’s your unclear desire, it means, you will get something powerless and your mind will be haunted by the fear of consequences, here is my advice; don’t follow the majority of people’s lifestyle, but you focus on what’s your deepest feeling, if you follow the majority of people’s lifestyle, you can’t recognize your uniqueness, instead you will only get a nightmare and dreadful ideas, here is the second step how to avoid depression and feeling alone; visualize about what’s possible for you to do and stop doing what paralyses you, the main reason why you need to visualize about what’s possible for you to do because it can strengthen your enthusiasm and endurance, if you just visualize about what paralyses you, as impact, you will get hunted by a sense of depression, alone and pessimism, here is the third step how to avoid depression and feeling alone; don't put your life into other people's expectation, it means, you are responsible to your choice, if you fulfill everyone's expectation, you have no time to build your own future and you are always being alone wherever you go, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
