  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Habit is working automatically after we repeat it regularly until 5 days”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people know how to create a new habit, the biggest factor why most people don’t want to change their habit because they think making a new change is very risky, unpleasant and big consequence, that’s common mistake where it happens to ordinary thinking principle, here what I observe; habit will not form without giving a deep belief to our subconscious mind, every habit either good or bad always needs repetition, practice and commitment, so we must beware when we create habit because it will determine our future mysteriously, once we create unproductive habit, then time will test our endurance whether we will get punishment or reward from what we do, in order to measure whether our habit belongs to be good or bad, we need to adapt with the pain of adversity regularly until 5 days, if we can survive from the pain of adversity until 5 days, as impact, good habit will be shaped well, but if we feel complacency by doing what we love without tasting a big challenge or new risk, as impact our bad habit will be shaped well, creating new habit is very difficult rather than shaping a new idea because we will fight our dark side of nature, here is the philosophy you need to ponder; "new habit will be formed after we combine between reason, commitment and negative feedback from the force of nature", remember this; once we create new habit, our old habit will prevent us to think more about the consequence, we must beware about our habit because not all habits can bring a good impact to our lifestyle, some habits can make us weaker than we do and some habits can make us stronger than we do. 


 If you want your life is mesmerizing you, you must invest something valuable into your habit, e.g. reading book, listening podcast, doing physical exercise, practicing your skill by solving people's problem, rekindling your enthusiasm by doing until you can't forget the good impact, sharing your kindness / contribution etc. remember this advice; we can’t determine what’s future looks like, only our habits can determine what’s future looks like, our physical fitness isn't entitled to prophesy our future, our physical fitness only receives the result of manifestation from what we shape into our habit, time is very crucial for this section, build something in 5 days is the requirement how to create new habit, after that, our capacity will be tested whether we will use our valuable time to create momentum within 5 days or we will lose our momentum within 5 days, our job as human being is not treating habit which can mesmerize us, but how to make habit is useful to salvage us in the future, here is the truth; we don’t know how long our good habit will support us because every good habit will not last forever, if we don’t repeat it regularly, as impact, our dark of nature will create bad habit for us. Starting from now, please monitor your daily habit into your journal, if your habit can offer you with peace and enlightenment within 24 hours, it means, you have done the right thing, but if your habit offers you with a sense of worry, anxiety and unmotivated within 24 hours, it means, you need to unlearn your habit by changing your ritual and digging new belief, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
