   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Crippling depression and anxiety”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people can't escape from their sense of depression and anxiety, the root of problem why they can't escape from their sense of depression and anxiety because they already get trapped in unproductive habit where they built it long time ago, in order to review whether our habit is good or not, we can ask to ourselves "1.What's my purpose in life when I was born on earth, 2.What can I take from my time and habit investment?", if people can't answer one of two questions above, it indicates that people are living in the depressed life style because they spend their time to build a habit where it can't support their emotional needs, in order to debilitate depression and anxiety, we must increase our strength of character and focus how to grow our mindset by serving more people and make the world a better place, if you see why so many people lose their high esteem because they build consumptive habit exceeding their earning ability, as long as we don’t dig our mindset with bigger challenge, our mind will be labeled with nasty mind and instant gratification, that's bad consequence we will receive, remember this note; “our desire will not build anything benefit to us unless we use our desire to promote our kindness”, if our desire dictates our mind to increase our instant gratification only, we must leave that ritual soon because it can blind our vision to see something bigger than ourselves.

          

 Here is the first strategy how to immobilize our anxiety; we have to ensure our wild desire can't drown our enthusiasm of learning, it means, we must build a learning habit in long period of time in order to leave our unproductive habit which can arise a sense of anxiety, the main reason why people must apply this strategy because pursuing the unproductive habit indicates people aren't too concerned about their future life, if people don't care about their future life, they tend to sell their opportunity towards a sense of anxiety and depression, here is the second clue how to immobilize our anxiety; we have to ensure our earning ability is bigger than our satisfaction, it means, we must build a productive habit where it can serve us to buy something important, if we let our satisfaction is bigger than our earning ability, as impact, we are surrounded by a high life pressure, here is the third clue how to immobilize our anxiety; we must dedicate to learn about risk management as much as we can because everything in this life is full of uncertainty, the reason why we need to learn about risk management because it can prevent us to feel regret or huge loss in the future, here is the four clue how to immobilize our anxiety; don't think about something you can't control, the reason why we need to let go off what we can't control because everything out of self-control is God's work, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
