  Hi good reader, welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of heath, wealth and happiness, today I would like to share about mental health, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone realizes how to maintain mental health, if we look at modern age, many people get mental illness because they don't care how to maintain mental health, if you want to know about the main cause of mental illness, you must observe about two things to understand it; the need and the want, people who can't fulfill what they need, they usually get mental illness because of what they want isn't manifested into reality, do you know why it must happen? because people's behavior is not congruent with the life's demand, based on my research; people who get mental illness, they usually spend their major time to prioritize the activity where it offers less risky, less difficulty, and less urgency, people who don't know about what they prepare for their career, they will never know how to maintain their mental health, in order to measure our mental health; we must know about our deadline target, we must know about our capacity to endure problem, and we can tolerate with work pressurepeople who work without setting the target, they tend to work based on what they like without considering consequence, price and the time value of their existence, remember this note; people who prioritize what they want rather than prioritize what they need, their emotion will be tied with uncontrolled desire, people who prioritize uncontrolled desire, they tend to do something heavier than their capacity to endure, it is dangerous habit, people who endure more problem without considering their mental health, they will get emotional disorder or mental illness.


   at this moment, I would like to share about how to maintain mental health, here is the first thing you must do how to maintain the mental health; don't buy what you want if you don't have enough budget to satisfy, people who just buy what they want without considering their budget, they will harm their habit and also harm their mental health, for example; people who want to buy a new car without having enough budget, this is dangerous habit if they continue it because people don't consider about mental acumen to endure pressure, people who push their limitation in order to satisfy their uncontrolled desire, they will get mental illness easily, remember this advice, people who can't buy something in twice installment, they don't deserve to afford something, this wisdom can help you to avoid huge loss in the future, if we look at reality, there are many people are trapped in satanic circle by buying a new car without cash payment, here is my recommendation; please don't harm your mental health, once it is broken, you will be sent into asylum, if you really want to buy a  new car, you must eliminate your ego first and do the financial budget planningbefore you buy something, you must consider with its value, as long as the value doesn't decrease after you buy it, you can buy it because it can become an asset, if I were at your position, I would better buy second hand car because I consider about the decreased value of the car and I don't get big pressure during buying it as emotionally, here is the second thing you must do how to maintain the mental health; train your mind to consume the positive information, e.g. good knowledge, wisdom and don't try to consume the negative information because it can attract negative vibration, the reason why we need to apply this strategy because it can help us to feel optimistic once we get difficult situation, here is the third thing you must do how to maintain the mental health; you get enough sleep, if you get enough sleep, your mental health will rest when it is trying to attract problem into your brain memory, hopefully this information can give you a new idea how to improve your life, good luck.

Fixed mindset

 

    Hi good reader, welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of health, wealth and happiness, today I would like to share about topic "fixed mindset", the main reason why I choose that topic because almost everyone in the world has ever tasted fixed mindset, as we know that fixed mindset is totally different with growth mindset, people who have fixed mindset, they have several features; they tend to ignore new perceptive idea from other people, they tend to reject a new change from the market demand, they tend to stop learning because they are satisfied easily with the last achievement, they tend to get angry when there is an extreme change, they aren't enthusiast to do something new, they hate with failure, rejection, adversity, uncertainty, etc. Now my question to you is "are you having those features of fixed mindset?" , in order to change people whose fixed mindset, we must give them the endurance test or new challenge which can force people's habit to do something different, maybe you give people with punishment and reward strategy, for example; you have child, you tell to him "son, if your exam test has achieved average score around 70 in every compulsory subject, I will give you a ticket to go abroad for picnic, but if you fail to get average score around 70 or you get below 70 average score, you must commit to clean the house including your room every day until one month", maybe some people think that strategy is very cruel, it is not true, this strategy will help that child to dig his potential to learn something good in order to avoid the punishment, at the same situation, child's enthusiasm starts increasing because he wants to achieve the target and also get the reward as well.



   Remember; we will never get new enlightenment in every situation if we don't face with the punishment's test and reward's test at the same time, if we too focus in reality, we will overlook reality and we behave complacency, as we know a sense of complacency will educate us to stay the same again and again with the same standard of behavior, the same standard of thinking and the same standard of goal, "only pain can dig human's potential", if there is no pain, there is no gain, that's natural system, if we don't take risk by doing something crazier, life will put us in the same situation again and again until we get the pain of disappointment and regret, the real problem in life comes from fixed mindset, not economy crisis or natural disaster, human's potential will not increase if human's brain capacity isn't growing, starting from now, we must select type of person who will offer us a fixed mindset paradigm or growth mindset paradigm, if there is person just gives you a sensational news, you would better to let go from him because the information he gives it to you has no high value, here is the special note; your social circle can determine how is your future looks like, your friends fate will be the same as yours if you hang out with them, you can't change your mindset until you open your heart to learn a new principle from people you don't know before, if your habit directs you to taste the pain of discipline and leave the unproductive habit, it can be assured you have a growth mindset, i think my explanation is done, hopefully this information can give you a new idea how to improve your life, good luck.

  Hi good reader, welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of health, wealth and happiness, today I would like to share about the topic "happy job", the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can't differentiate between happy job and satisfied job, if we use different perception; "satisfied job equals with secure job", do you know why I say such thing because secure job usually offers something important to human's satisfaction, but it can't offer bigger opportunity to evolve, basically secure job is unable to offer peace or happiness to human's mental acumen because secure job only demand people to follow the rule by restricting human's time, human's habit and human's potential, whereas, happy job offers new knowledge, new enthusiasm, new problem, new adversity, new opportunity to learn, new curiosity, new experience of failure and new pain / suffering without feeling dramatic effect,  you will not know whether what you think can make you happy or not unless you know what you feel, if you feel good / happy, you are thinking about something bigger than your knowledge, if you want to get happy job, please don't let what you can't do will interfere what you want to accomplish, if what you focus can grow your curiosity, it means, your capacity can do something crazier for you rather than most people who do something for you.

  Remember: you will not get happy job if other people can dictate in every detail of what you do, you will not get happy job if your time is limited by other people's plan, please beware of what you do because not everything you do can give you a new risk, all new risk will come from what you attempt regularly, if what you can do can't increase your curiosity towards problem you want to solve, it means your job now will not promote your skill, if your job can't promote your skill, it can be assured that you will not get happy, some people who have narrow minded, they will think money will give them opportunity or fortune, it is not quite true, only growth mindset will give opportunity how to live happily, life is very short,life will not give what we want, instead, life only gives what we work for fulfilling other people's need as emotionally, people will buy their own emotion if they think there is something rational which can open up their logic or can answer people's emotional need, hopefully this information can give you a new idea how to improve your life, good luck.

 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “really mad”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people feel disappointed after they try to force their strong ideology into reality, from this case, the problem doesn't come from what makes people to get angry, but why people are really mad after they can't fit their strong ideology into reality, if we use different perception about this case, the real problem what makes people to be mad comes from people's wrong ideology, if they have good ideology, it is impossible for people to be mad for something they understand, if people are really mad at something important, it means, they don't really know about what they do in reality and they are not ready to face their own fearfulness, in order to solve this issue, people must not follow what they fear, instead people focus to find new information to answer what people fear, having a growth mindset is very important to us because it can give an alternative idea to determine the answer for every probleminner capacity will determine how someone interprets something he wants to understand, if we re busy to argue our weaknesses, we will not be able to live happily and we will get mad again, remember this note; we will never obtain something important in this life if we don’t demand ourselves to detect the problem with our brain's capacity, our duty as human is not finding what makes us satisfied, but how to know what stops us to learn more and what stops us to give more legacy to other people's problem, the main purpose of having large capacity is detecting problem as much as we can and we can be a savior towards other people's problem.

  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Wound care center”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people expect to get wound care every time they get the pain or suffering from their environment's treatment, if you ask me the root of problem why people get wound easily because they aren't willing to increase their brain's capacity to learn and also they lack of endurance skill to face problem, from this case we can conclude that every emotional pain comes from people's fixed mindset and behavior which can't interpret the existing problem or they can't understand what other people talk, remember; every information from other people's talk is neutral, there is nothing can force us to get emotional wound, unless we allow something to touch our feeling, the first strategy how to get wound care is we must train ourselves to change our perception to understand the articulate words from other people's talk, self-growth only comes to painif we insist against other people's negative talk, we will get emotional wound, if we let it passes through us, we will not get emotional wound, instead we will get peace because we consider it as unimportant words, your mental factory can be determined by your decision, your mental acumen can determine which words will come to your subconscious mind or which words will pass through your subconscious mind, remember this advice; emotional wound can't be manipulated because it is part of natural selection, we should be praising to God if we can get the emotional wound because it helps us to strengthen our mentality acumen, emotional wound will not come to us if we upgrade our capacity to accept the emotional wound as much as we can, sometimes enjoying the emotional wound is better than accepting the comforting lies, "please don't hate something you aren't entitled to hate because it is part of God's plan and allow yourself to accept the unpleasant experience as much as you can in order to against the illusion which is trying to give us a comforting lies"

 Now what do you intend to do if your work place puts you into burnout syndrome?   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “belief in yourself”,  the main reason why I choose that topic because many of us don't set strong belief in something we haven't seen it yet, some people prefer to believe what they think rather than believe in what they can't see through eyes, that's common mistake where it lies into animistic believer, I don't object about what people think about life, but I just want to remind you about the side effect of belief; "belief is like putting something liquid into tea pot, we will receive from what we shape and we can't escape from it, the root of problem why people get bleak outlook on life because they can't differentiate between the past's moment and the future's moment and they tend to live in the past rather than future, the first thing we can do if we want to remove bleak outlook on life; we must find the strong evidence where it can improve our false opinion and it can convince us that we face something true, for example: a sense of depression, even though we consider having depression is not good, but instead, a sense of depression can strengthen human's mental acumen and it will give another perception how to give solution to us, our biochemistry of behavior will change from depression into enthusiasm when we develop our focus to do something where it is important for others's emotional fulfillment even though it not important for us, here is my recommendation; please don't believe with something easy to do because it can't leave a good legacy to us, if we pick up easy thing to do, we will not have strong mentality to have a tolerance to painall what we believe is coming from what we repeatedly do, what we repeatedly hear, what we repeatedly say and what we repeatedly see, if we cut a belief into tiny layers; belief comes from the accumulated habit, curiosity, agreement and emotional fulfillment (fear or reward).


          

 Starting from now, before you believe to a new information, you must check whether what you believe can be tested or not with the darkness, if what you believe can give you space time to accept a sense of deepest fear until you don't brave enough to neglect that, it is something true, as long as you don't give negative energy into what you believe, you will not get a side effect from what you fear, here is my point of view about life; "life doesn't give what human want, but life gives what human commit", if we commit to do something important, it indicates that we appreciate about the process, energy and time, people who don't appreciate about what they commit, they tend to believe what other people say rather than what they say to themselves, there is only one way how to remove bleak outlook on life is staying curious about something you don't know and stop giving negative energy to something unpleasant, people who have strong determination, they need something unpleasant to unplug the life suffering where they have tasted beforehand, here is the special note; the darkness will not change into neutral if we always show our hatred to everything we feel, all we can do if we feel hatred is we are moving our belief from hatred state into happiness state by looking the goodness as much as we can, the light represents the passion of learning, whereas, ignorance represents bleak outlook on life, please don't be lazy to learn something you like as long as it can give you a strong emotional fulfillment because life will never stop giving us a lesson, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
