Control your temper


 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Control your temper”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can control their temper story, some people think revealing their anger into reality can relieve the pain of disappointment, it is not true, do you know why I say such thing because revealing anger into reality is dangerous because it can disperse a stress hormone (cortisol) and can make human's logic stopped working from its normally function, once it has become a habit, people will find difficulty how to differentiate between realities and illusions in their life, finally people are unable to build self-esteem, I don’t recommend you to show your temper even though you feel unpleasant because it will kill your dopamine (creativity hormone), here is the best strategy if you want to heal yourself from the pain of temper is you break the anger's pattern by saying to yourself "stop, it is dangerous thinking, it is not part of me", if you express the incantation like that, your conscious mind will move to another direction and it will find alternative choice for you, remember this; if you can create something constructive for your habit, your conscious mind will help you to find the freedom to create something bigger than yourself because your creativity and idea are being needed by God's plan.


 If you can control your focus, then you can control where your peace is going, if you can control your peace, then you can find the greatest power within yourself, the reason why we need to control our temper because it can inhibit our logic and our creativity from its growth, remember this; a sense of anger often immobilize human's consciousness state, we mustn't let our temper growing by itself because it will create destruction to inner peace and anger also can create the pain of regret once it can succeed to lock our consciousness state, if we want to heal ourselves from the pain of regret, we must lock our anger by doing something constructive for our habit, e.g. discipline, setting new target, study a new skill, "life doesn’t give what we want, but life only provides what we need to work", it means, if we want to control our sense of temper, we must learn how to combine between a sense of displeasure and a sense of peace within our work, here is the good news; if you succeed to combine between a sense of displeasure and a sense of peace within your work, you can turn any problem into wisdom or solution, if you see there is something trying to make you angry, please explore what you see from different views, not judge what you see from physicality, if you misjudge something you don’t understand, your logic will stop working from its normally function and your conscious mind will get trapped into the illusion, finally you will not get something important from what you experience, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
