  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Healing from depression and anxiety”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people feel peace when they pursue their career, the main problem why some people can’t get success from their career's pursuit because they can't survive from the work pressurein order to help people from work pressure, people must find a job where they can withstand with the working pressure, that's sensible way, the main issue why most people can’t detect a sense of depression and anxiety because they set their belief system by doing something easier and they tend to avoid tiny mistakehere is the simplest way how to heal from depression and anxiety is don't follow what's easy to do, but follow your deepest heart which influences you to do more than you possibly could, here is the good news; if you glorify skill-set and apply it into your habit, one day skill-set will set you free from the darkness of life such s depression and anxiety.

          
 We don't need to get depression or anxiety if we don't think what we aren't entitled to think, I think ego can become our greatest enemy because it can block our intention to find something enlightened from problem we faced, at this moment I would recommend some strategies to you how to heal yourself from depression and anxiety, here is the first strategy how to reduce depression and anxiety; limit your focus by stop consuming information which is unrelated to your clear goal, the main reason why you must apply this strategy because your focus is your biggest asset, you must protect it from people's unnecessarily talk, as we know that “perception is reality”, if you focus on what paralyses you, your reality will be shown like what you focus, if you can optimize the power of focus, you will find golden opportunity to accomplish something you need to survive, here is the second strategy how to reduce depression and anxiety;; be organized in 5 or 10 minutes of your daily plan before you execute your daily activity, the reason why you need to be organized before you start your activity because it will help you to double the power of focus, if you think what you are not entitled to think, your mind will be haunted by depression statehere is the third strategy how to reduce depression and anxiety; don't compare what you can't get with what other people can getI think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
