Adjustment disorder

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Adjustment disorder”  the main reason why I choose that topic because many people don't realize that depressed mood is caused by the misuse of imagination usage, people prefer to focus their weaknesses rather than focus on what they can accomplish in the future, in normal life, it is very easy to talk about positive word and optimistic feeling, but this ideal solution often gets rejection about the mediocre people because they consider positive word and optimistic feeling is illusion and absurd, in my opinion; depressed people tend to visualize the pain of negative feeling is widen than the power of hope, there is only thing people can do if they feel depressed mood is they write down about all positive thing they earned on the paper sheet and visualize how blessed they are today, this strategy often works because it can help people to distract their power of focus to the source of positive feeling, remember; there is no certain way to predict what we will need in the future, but God knows what we will need in the future, positivism is the power how to stop producing depressed mood and it helps us to meet with our obsession in the future, here is the important thing we need to do; pursue what attracts our heart and not to focus what attracts our eyes, if our pursuit of positivism is greater than what we can see, our eyes will not contract with negativity.


 Remember this philosophy; it doesn’t matter where the wind blows, as long as we set our sail correctly, our sailboat will always move forward to the right direction, it’s life challenge, the meaning of that philosophy; it doesn't matter whether depressed mood and negativity approaches us in any shape, as long as we focus on positivism, our lives keeps moving forward, there is nothing can stop what causes depressed mood, if we transfer our energy in there, we will get it soon, don’t let our most days will let us regret and push us to embrace negativity, depressed mood is always be there even though we don’t intend to feel it, if we want to live with positivism, we must change our approach, for example; we set the reward and the punishment to control what we do in our daily basis, if we apply that method, at least our imagination will not visualize what we are not supposed to do, here is the first rule you must set in your belief if you want to stay away from depressed mood; "accept what you can't change and approach the possibility of what you can", it means; you don't hate about reality, you use reality as a stepping stone to reach something higher than your recent standard, that's important, if you push your limit to deal with reality that you can't change, the result will disappoint you and make you feel depressed, that's simple, here is the second rule you must set in your belief if you want to stay away from depressed mood; "your imagination must be filled with inspiration, knowledge, and wisdom", here is the last note you need to remember; you must approach with the truth if you want to get surrounded by positivism because the truth can't be manipulated by human's capability, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
