   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Anger management psychology, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people try to push themselves to follow what their anger wants, people use their weaknesses to let their anger blown up without considering about the side effect of anger, if we use different perception; anger is like bad habit, it is can't be discarded from our body, it is watching us and waiting our desire, what we can do to sense of anger is understanding its wants and not to follow what it wants, anger will not show up if we don’t lure with worry or uncontrolled fear about uncertainty, I understand why people really hate with uncertainty, it is caused by their greater complacency than their sense of urgency level to change what is in themselves, remember this; if there is no uncertainty, there is no meaningful preparation to welcome God's grace, uncertainty is created to measure the limit of our imperfection to welcome greater pressure, our anger is happening because our mental is not ready to welcome pressure, that's problem, starting from now, we must adapt how to survive with uncertainty and reject to believe a luck as the life guarantee because there is no guarantee which human can offer to us, we must have a sense of urgency to do something important for longer period of time, do you know why we must do it? Because it is needed to welcome a shocked life suffering in the future, if we don’t want to create a sense of urgency immediately, our life will get stuck without new change because we don’t offer a good design to the future for anticipating a shocked life suffering, remember; don't create a sudden change when your time has come in crisis because it is nor the right decision to change, besides that, your anger is waiting that moment to crush your life.

  If you can’t offer your good preparation before the future happens, as impact, you will get more suffering than your current condition, do you know why you will get more suffering than your happiness state? Because you are living casually about life’s demand, if you are making habit of it, as impact you will become the casualty of life because you prophesied it long time ago through your unproductive habit and your daily ritual, remember this; whatever you choose something now to your future’s life, time will proceed what you attempted in daily basis, whatever you don’t choose something to your future’s life, time also will proceed the unexpected moment for you, there is no place to regret or fear about your life because time will not compromise about what you feel, time only care what you decide and what you don’t decide, if you think your life will make you disappoint, so you must not push yourself against reality because you have no chance to change it anymore, all you need to do is renew your daily ritual with new lesson where your soul doesn't want to accept easily, “let the past lives in the past and do something new today as your contribution for your future”, that’s key how to create an anger management psychology, do you know the meaning of “let the past lives in the past? It means, you must be ready to face about the consequence where you don't know the process, there is no escape or backtrack for you to go back in the past moment, every day you have been given by God with the power of choice within 24 hours, that’s real opportunity, as long as you can optimize what you can offer to the future within 24 hours, tomorrow you will receive privilege to face a new change, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
