   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Anger management resources”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can calm their anger every time they are engaging with new problem, now we can find the root of problem why people can't calm their anger because they consider self-potential is unreal and they consider problem is real, if we change vocabulary a bit by saying "self-potential is real and problem is unreal", I am optimistic people's emotion will change suddenly because their major attention has changed from fear of problem into happiness state about self-potential, if people consider self-potential is part of their savior, their fear will not grow because their potential has blocked their fear towards problem, starting from now, don't consider problem is real, you can make it as unreal or fantasy, remember; there is no problem can crush human’s existence because every problem has been measured By God with the human’s capacity, only bad attitude through problem will end up their inner peace, it is mentioned clearly in the holy Qur’an, Surah Al Baqarah chapter 2 verse 286 “Allah will not burden one’s soul, according to one’s ability”, from that verse, we can conclude there is no problem can make us angry or weak, only bad attitude will magnify our fear, so basically our fear can ignite a sense of anger if we let our fear grows every day by focusing on the problem, starting from now, we must recognize our strength and our weaknesses, to determine size of strength, we must know what we are good at and what we aren’t good at, if we accept what we aren’t good at, our subconscious mind automatically will not react as the hater easily because we accept ourselves wholeheartedly, that’s key.

  Remember; anger is like the mist, it will blind your awareness when you want to make decision, so please beware when you want to make decision while you are angry because your emotion is still unstable and your emotion will prophesy what you deserve in the near future, your sense of anger will manipulate your mind and it will guide you to create the unclear direction if you follow the demand of your anger, at this moment let me share how to recognize anger management, here is the first thing you can do if you are angry; stop doing what makes you feel angry and do de-stressing, it is very efficient if you allow your body to obey that strategy, if you feel your anger is still raising, you just need to do the opposite way, at least the activity you do can make you relax and not to be laziness, e.g. you take bath, you do physical exercise, you read your favorite book, or you kindle another hobby, here is the second thing you can do if you are angry; surround yourself with green fields, the reason why you must surround yourself with green fields because every plant has high potential to produce the positive vibes and it is very useful to neutralize negative feeling which may increase human's bad mood, here is the third thing you can do if you are angry; imagine about the bad effect after you release your anger, if you train your mind to realize anger is not the right answer to solve problem, you indirect demand your hormone to produce inner peace vibration, remember this advice; anger is like the mist, if you focus on it, your fear will grow and you will do nothing, finally you create the painful regret, but if you keep passing through the mist with courage, enthusiasm and curiosity, your life will create clear direction for you, so you can move forward to become what you deserve in the futureI think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
