   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “antidepressant effect”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many stressed people consider antidepressant use is good for their long term mental health, it is totally wrong, do you know I disagree with long term antidepressant use? Because it has been designed not to heal the human’s mental health, instead, antidepressant usage is giving pleasure or temporary tingling sensation to anyone who consumes it, the best medicine to cure for mental health is create new activity which can guide you to create new habit, if you have new habit, you indirectly break up with your past habit and you will marry with the future's journey, no matter how hard your life in the past, today is a new chance to improve what you haven’t made for your life experience, the main reason why most people aren’t happy to live in the present moment because they only focus to pursue something that it doesn’t give them energy, besides that, people only fuel their imagination with suffering and not to revivify their spirit with major interest, if you want to be happy now, don't think about tomorrow or past, live in the present moment within 24 hours and don’t ever try to measure your sense of satisfaction by doing what you think can be completed instantly, "every great thing needs a small momentum"every satisfaction of yours will never satisfy you if you can’t control your controlling area, e.g. your capacity, your habit, your perception, your behavior and your opinion.

  Starting from now, don’t expect something where it doesn’t expect you and don't chase something where it doesn't chase, you just need to focus how to chase what gives you energy, momentum and enlightenment through your life mission, if you practice today, you no longer need antidepressant because you have found something where your soul needs most, I believe everybody has creative energy and destructive energy, if your creative energy is completely immobile, that means, you have implanted wrong information to your mindset until it creates destructive energy, remember this advice; “the destructive energy will construct your imagination to form anger, disappointment, pessimistic, regret, disbelief, ”, here is the first strategy how to reduce antidepressant addiction; releasing your creative energy by doing some kindness every day, the reason why you must releasing your creative energy because it will form other virtues, e.g. gratitude, love, respect, discipline, peace, I know it is very difficult at the first trial because you will go against the grain of the human nature, here is the second strategy how to reduce antidepressant addiction; don’t pursue something where it just offers you an instant gratification, the reason why you must stop pursuing an instant gratification because it will reduce you mental health development, remember; difficult or easy is not reality, it is part of your perception, if you are interested to do something where it gives you energy, you will no longer to feel suffering or pain because your high spirit and your creative energy can conquer the unpleasant feeling within yourself, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
