Antidepressants and weight gain

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “antidepressants and weight gain”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people think some antidepressant have had report of causing weight loss such as bupropion, (aplenzin, fortive, wellbutrin), from the study report, fluoxetine (Prozac) has result some people get weight loss, duloxetine (Cymbalta), here is my opinion; I don't believe antidepressant can help people to recover their mental illness, instead they will risk people's mental health for longer periods of time, I don't recommend people to consume antidepressant for long period because it has potential to make people addicted once they stop consuming it, I have ever shared to another article and it is stated “if we consume chemical products for recovering mental illness, we will get a big risk of side effect because mental illness has nothing to do with physical problem, instead mental illness has related with spiritual issue”, I don’t recommend everybody to consume antidepressant just because they feel depressed or feel insecure, people should try the physical exercise as alternative mental treatment, such as meditation, yoga, hypnosis treatment, treadmill,etchere is the best medicine to heal depression is “don’t force your limitation to pursue fleeting pleasure which can offer over excitement”, do you know why? because over excitement feeling lies in unstable emotion, if our emotion is unstable, our emotion tends to lead us to go into low vibration (depression state = low vibration), remember; what we need  to feel is calm  because it represents self-confidence, whereas over excitement doesn’t represent the happiness state.

  Please beware about low vibration because your attention will be directed to feel pessimistic, good vibration doesn’t ask you to pursue something out of your ability, instead good vibration tends to lead you to feel calm and peace in any situation, the biggest moment in your life will change when you don’t focus to what makes you overexcited or depressed, your visualization manifests in reality based on what you have been going through, life doesn’t work like the instant process because it opposes the law of universe, “when there is something easy comes, it will end up instantly”, please don’t just put your focus to look at your physical condition but put your focus on what inside of you, if you focus to build something inside of you, the world will show its mercy to your physical condition, the world doesn’t matter whether you are handsome, beautiful, short, ugly, yellow, black, what does matter is you build what inside of you, if you focus what outside of you, you will get bigger pressure from the outside because what inside of you is not ready yet to embrace life’s pressure, don’t let other people define your weaknesses just because you are too busy to compare between what you can’t do and what other people can do, if your mental strength gets emotional training in daily basis, e.g. discipline, dedication, determination, you will not need to consume antidepressant to increase your good mood, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
