Antidepressants for sleep

 

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “antidepressants for sleep” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people start to consume Trazodone (Desyrel), Amitriptyline (Elavil), and Doxepin (Sinequan) for sleep, those are antidepressant which is recommended for people who can't sleep well, the main reason why people consume antidepressants for sleep because they want to forget problem which it doesn't let people to sleep well, in order to sleep like baby, people don't need to consume antidepressants, they just need to distract their focus by counting the number 1,2,3, until 500, or listening hypnotherapy audio for mental therapy, please remember; mind is reaction, whereas perception is cause, if you can’t recognize the inner voice which comes into your thought, the outer world will not give you what you deserve, please don’t consume antidepressant while you want to get sleep because the side effect of antidepressant is very high even though some several antidepressant has low dosage, your mental health will decrease if you consume it in the big scale, you can use another alternative, e.g. meditation or listen the motivational audio while you close your eyes, remember this; “if there is problem which interferes with human’s mentality, don't listen what your problem wants you, but listen what your intuition wants you, intuition usually whispers something peaceful, not bullying your mistake”, here is the special note; mental illness has nothing to do with the antidepressants, mental illness is concerning with the mind’s paradigm (spiritual experience), ritual / tradition and human's lousy habit, in order to heal mental illness, someone must do something until he changes his mindset first, maybe you need to find someone who has experienced with your problem, please don't stay silent when you have insurmountable problem, you can find the trusted someone who can hear your problem, not find someone who doesn't want to hear your problem.

 Don’t let yourself live into depression state when you face with insurmountable problem because depression will not solve your problem, you just need bigger distraction to distract your previous focus about what makes you depressed, the more you depress, the more you lose your confidence, please beware about something which can attract your attention and intention easilydon't let the unknown circumstance affects to your perception because it is part of your ultimate resource, in order to reduce depression state, you need to enlarge your imagination by visualizing what you intend to do, remember this; depression will not affect you in long term period if you create new productive habit and renew your limited belief with nature philosophy, in addition, you must train your mind to adapt with the unexpected result while you work for it, here is the most important; your emotion will support what you do if you put your good self-image into it, if you don't do it, you deliberately let other people to destroy your good self-image, here is for your information; "depressed and grateful can’t reside in one place at the same time", you have been given by God with the power of choice, if you manage your focus to feel grateful, your depression state will be gone, but if you focus what makes you depressed, your reality will become miserable from time to time, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
