Being depressed


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Being depressed”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people can’t differentiate between desire, happiness and calm in reality, many of them just use their desire by pushing their limitation to fulfill fleeting pleasure they build without knowing the consequence, in my personal opinion; I don’t recommend to people to pursue something where it is not bringing what their soul needs because life is not talking how much satisfaction they need, but how they deserve to be alive, if people’s existence are not deserving to be alive, God will end their lives peacefully without making people to be depressed, if we look at reality, God created the game in life in order to know how many people will put their faith to the game, if people hate with the game, they will get disappointed result from what they enjoy in life because life is not the place to make enjoyment, life is the endurance and suffering test, many people stop trying to find the truth where it can answer their curiosity and doubt, instead most people spend their time to enjoy the weekend’s party, enjoy the topic trending to embrace social needs and forget about what makes themselves deserved to be alive, now I have question; “we all know that we are coming from nothing, shapeless and extinction, if we are depressed easily, why does God bother to create human and treat them as God’s highest supreme of creature?, so depression is not the answer of inability to decide, depression is the part of lack of commitment to do something more important in life.

  If you want to be loving without depression state, start with gratitude of what you receive in life and appreciate what you can’t reach within your desire, the reason why you must beware of your desire because not all desires can lead human to be happy and feel harmony with the condition they get into it, instead desire can lead human to be depressed if they can't construe their desire, remember; desire is like intolerant request, desire can bring you more sorrow if you don’t balance with your skill and good attitude, showing gratitude is medicine how to cure intolerant desire, before you know what you desire, you would better to ask yourself “what reason of making me deserved to get it?” or “what am I capable of?”, the more you show your gratitude, the more you know about the reason of your existence for living, the more you learn, the more you know that you know nothing about your desire, remember; desire is about demanding own responsibility to create something, if you can't demand yourself to do it, so don't demand of your indecision, I don’t recommend you to believe with people by saying “the one who uses his desire, he can define what kind of happiness he should receive”, what I recommend is "make sure you are ready to know about the consequence of what you love and what you hate, if you hate about what you don't know, you will never be more than your current position now," remember this advice; the more you know your desires, the more you don’t know how to stop your desire’s consequence, the less you know our desire, the more you can control your desire’s consequence, it means, you need to prepare your self-worth first before you want to fulfill what you desire most, if you want to control your desire, you need to increase your capability and focus on what your soul needs, happiness comes not from your desire, but it comes from your self-assurance and self-control, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
