Coping strategies for anger


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Coping strategies for anger”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people want to know how to double self-awareness, most of them use their mind to find satisfaction and pleasure only, if we look at reality, “life will never teach people how to gain more pleasure, instead life teaches people how to gain more painself-awareness comes from discovering the life's uncertainty”, basically self-awareness is the ultimate power for human being in order to unlock the life's riddle, unfortunately most people don't spend their time to get the ultimate power because their sense of satisfaction is greater than dissatisfaction, if we go deeper about the power of awareness, "self-awareness is the only cure to calm anger", do you know why I say such thing because awareness knows what anger wants to do and anger always demands of something bad to happen, before anger is going to blow, we must double awareness to expand our comfort zone and fear, as long as we put ourselves in discomfort zone, our mental age will increase and our fear will turn into bigger curiosity, now the first cause why people are angry easily because they force their willingness to believe “certainty moment will bring more pleasure rather than uncertainty moment”, no wonder most people in the world lose their competence because they believe every gain of pleasure will give more power rather than competence, remember this note; there is no permanent pleasure in this life, even though you are in happiness state now100 years later there is still a lot of problem and suffering, only self-confidence can offer people with permanent pleasure because self-confidence just wants to keep learning something new through a repetition rehearsal which is supported by faith, knowledge, curiosity, vision, enthusiasm, mission, and troubleshooting skill.

  Here is the bad news; if you consider pleasure is more important than suffering, your life will double your suffering once you are trapped in the comfort zone, if you consider suffering is more important than pleasure, your confidence will increase and your suffering will not increase sense of negativity in your mind because your mental intelligence is more powerful than negativity's side effect, if you let yourself stumble into something new, your subconscious mind will double your confidence because you consider suffering will help you to do more useful than you usually receive from this life, now you may ask question "does reality make people angry?" No, reality is the result of what we did in the past, the more we were angry to the past, the more we will create the pain of regret in the future, we shouldn't do that, starting from now, please don’t trust your memories because some of your memories can’t deal your anger, so you need to learn again and again until you forget how to be angry again, if you feel there is something frightened around you, you must not let your fear decides your fate, let the fear motivates you and you unite with your fear until you feel harmony, “if you don't fear of something, your mental intelligence will not grow, if you use your fear to gain your confidence level by practicing more and more, your sense of anger will not appear in reality because you utilize your own fear to do something where anger can't do for you, once again "the power of anger lies in your fear", now decision is up to you, if you use fear to motivate what you do, you will get wisdom, if you use your fear to blame everything around you, you increase your anger, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
