Dealing with anger

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “dealing with anger”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can deal with anger, some people prefer to create destruction rather than create something which can make them in peace, what people see if they get angry is they consider every obstacle as hurdles, the reason why people see obstacle as hurdles because they don’t want to get blamed for what they can’t or what they don’t know, here is the bad news; when people use their anger to determine something they hate, as result, the whole life story will be fueled with feeling of hatred, if this condition will be repeated, feeling of hatred will become people’s major character, when there is energy comes into people’s attention, the reality will be set in human’s character, this case has related with the power of anger, if people focus on what makes them angry, the reality will make their emotion is not good and their rational thinking will be shut, finally what angry people see is hatred, ashamed and regret, now I recommend you to find something which can make your life is getting appreciated by many people if you want to make your feeling is good, the only way how to reduce a bad impact of anger is stop your activity which can make your emotion is not good and you cab do other activity can make yourself feel the opposite of anger, it means, you do something that makes your life is calm, when you feel calm, at least you can save your future from feeling of hatred.

  Here is the good news if people use a sense of calmness; they will see every obstacle as a stepping stone, when they consider every obstacle is bringing the miracle for them, they can improve their skill set, knowledge and philosophy every time they see obstacle, remember; what we see about the world at the first time is our interpretation, not reality,  I understand that there are many things in the world that can attract our anger, one of them is bad influence, starting from today; we must select the information which has potential to influence us, if there is no good information to serve, we need to do something meaningful, such as kindle yourself with a new productive hobby, remember; it doesn’t matter how many angry people around us, if we don’t put our interest to respond angry people’s reaction, we can master how to deal with anger, it is not easy to deal with anger because we lack of practice by seeing angry people’s reaction, the only way how to stop producing a sense of anger is observing angry people’s reaction and learn what angry people feel, if angry people feel satisfied, it means, they sell their happiness to the hopeless feeling, when hopeless feeling comes, the reality of life will make people feel lonely and distress, here is the last note; a sense of angry is like hereditary illness, once we give our response to angry people’s reaction, we will become the second angry person, if we just show our anger to other people, we will lose our dignity and  people will lose their good attention to us that’s not good idea to upgrade our career, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
