   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Depression after quitting drinking”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people are able to stop their desire to drink alcohol, the root of problem why people can't stop drinking because they consider alcohol can offer the pain relief, it is not true, depression is not related with alcohol, if someone stops drinking, it doesn't mean he frees from a sense of depression, all human problems come from their habit, the main reason why people treat drinking as daily ritual because people believe drinking can give sensational feeling and peace, if we use different perception about this case, “peace doesn't come from ritual, but it comes from self-acceptance", if people want to avoid life pressure, at least they don't justify their reality as punishment, people who always adapt with the pain of discipline, they don't need any sensational feeling, what they need is the activity which can evolve their emotional needs to become meaningful life purpose, the root of problem why people have drinking habit because their daily ritual can’t offer energy, positive impact and higher purpose, here is the accurate answer why people get a life pressure because what they demand to themselves is not congruent with life's demands, in order to create a happy life, people must evolve their brain's capacity to find a problem they want to solve.

  Basically people who can’t stop drinking because they don't have spiritual experience to answer their doubt and their pain, what they think most is only to see what they can see, I think being realistic is not good option to heal depression because "being realistic is the most commonly traveled road to mediocrity"in order to stop people who have drinking habit, we can offer new information which can change their perception first, if people reject our good information, at least we don't add new pain into their suffering, at this moment let me share some strategies to quit drinking, here is the first strategy how to quit drinking without feeling depressed; you must collect information as much as you can where it is related with the worst effect of drinking alcohol, maybe you can refill the empty alcohol bottle with the mineral water's content, it is part of mental therapy, here is the second strategy how to quit drinking without feeling depressed; imagine that you will die after drinking, if you train your mindset such thing, you will not dare to drink alcohol again, here is the special note; people who are depressed is not caused by life pressure, but their wild expectations are higher than their ability, as long as they lack of will to hone their ability, they will always get depression, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
