  At this moment, I would like to share about several steps how to recognize a short term depression, hopefully these steps will help you how to reduce a short term depression, here is the first step how to reduce short term depression; don’t deny any goodness you receive from life even though it seems unpleasant for you, the reason why you mustn’t deny any goodness because your state of mind will invite the power of negativity, once your mind consumes too much negativity, you will get an acute sense of pessimistic and your vision will get blinded to see any goodness, here is the second step to reduce short term depression; don’t let your mind will be fueled with popular thinking, the reason why you must beware with popular thinking because popular thinking is usually created by small minded people, popular thinking tends to let others will feel the same as small minded people feel, here is the truth; popular thinker always rejects unpopular thinking because popular thinker rejects a new change, remember; if people reject to accept new change, that's means, he deliberately invites a short term depression to come to people’s lives, starting from now, if you think your circumstance will not support your idea or your future’s plan, you must accept the progress of what you have done even though it seems there is no way to find quick solution, if you don't believe with your own progress, other people will hire you to do something for their dream and you will lose your own progress, once you lose your sight of your progress, you will get a short term depression, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
