Depression studies


  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Depression studies” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people can't be happy once they are willing to be happy, during research, I found the biggest factor which can make people unhappy is possessing bad behavior, depression will happen when people lose their focus towards their ultimate goal of life, here is my recommendation; if you want to break the pattern of depression, you must renew your habit, renew your friends circle, renew your ambition with something powerful, e.g. new problem you want to solve, besides that, you aren’t allowed to follow what the majority of people do in their free time because your will lose your authenticity once you follow their habits and they will treat you poorly, here is my recommendation; "you must focus what makes you grateful once you accomplish something", this is lateral thinking style, if you focus to what makes you grateful once you accomplish something, your habit will not get hereditary depression because the power of gratitude blocks hereditary depression to human’s emotional intelligence, remember this; good behavior and bad behavior has different consequence, good behavior will guide you to find what makes you grateful once you accomplish something, if you repeat good behavior, you will not harm your life because your focus only does what your good behavior does, whereas, if you repeat bad behavior, it will guide you how to focus about what’s missing in your life and you will not be able to see what’s possible you can do because your bad behavior influences you to find what’s lacking within you, this is real challenge for you, if you stop pursuing what doesn't prioritize you, you will not hereditary depression from what you pursue.


 If you ask me “where does depression come from?”, it comes from unrelenting hatred feeling towards reality, this bad behavior can’t be healed as long as people don’t break their pattern of wrong ritual, if we want to know whether we get involved with wrong ritual or not, we must observe about the target we are thinking most, if we think about what’s missing in our life or we keep thinking about what’s lacking in us, it can be assured that we put ourselves in the wrong ritual, remember this philosophy; "wrong ritual will create by itself if you break your limitation by doing what can paralyze you", in order to break your wrong ritual, you must check your agenda within 24 hours, if your agenda can't teach you how to be grateful person about what you have done, it means, you have something wrong in your agenda, here my recommendation; please create the map to explore your mind habit, after that, you write down about the target you think most and the target you avoid to think most, if you keep thinking about the target you avoid to think most, it means, your reality will draw a sense of depression, "please don't hurt your reality with something you can't reach with your capacity, surrender yourself to God's plan because God knows what's good for you and what's bad for you", I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
