Depression survivor

 

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Depression survivor”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people pretend to be depression survivor every time what they expect doesn’t turn into reality, what they need to do is not using their depression as excuse not to try something new, the root of problem why people get the depression state because they try so hard on themselves to pursue what their limitation can't serve themselves until they don’t care anymore about the risk which may trouble their own limitation, I don't blame if you show your working hard on your dream, what I don’t recommend is "you do something harder than their own limitation until you don't care about your sleeping time, eating time and relaxing time"what I recommend is you must know your goal setting, know your weaknesses, know your inner strength and recognize when your potential acumen can do what other people can't do for yourself, if we look at reality, many people don't really love about what they work because they are too complacent with what they do, if people don’t know their limitation, they always prophesy themselves to become depression survivor all the time, it is not good for long term  because it will decrease people’s endurance level, let me share to you about the nature philosophy, every plant has time to grow their specific requirement secretly, the growing process can’t be delayed and it can’t be accelerated, the growing process will run in the perfect time, nobody will be able to interrupt it, this philosophy can be applied in human's career, what people can do right now is not pushing the time to accelerate what people do, but how people invest their best effort and habits every day to stay congruent with the natural growing process, that’s makes a sense, we can conclude that “there is no instant result to create the magnificent result, we must appreciate to what life does something for us”, that’s human top limitation.

 The best effort we can do right now is learning the process, trust the process, stay in faith with vision and appreciating what life can do for us, remember; we can't escape from what we start because we already gave the assignment to life for proceeding our expectation in the future, if you have leisure time to learn something useful today, that’s God gift you must appreciate it, do you know why I called it God’s gift, because not many people have spent their time to learn more, most of them pursue their limitation until they forget how to proceed what they work in the futureplease don't be controlled by your career, you must know how to stop, how to innovate with your own creativity, how to adapt with something terrified, I don’t blame if people show their working hard to what they do for career, but what I regret is people don’t know how to stop their own pursuit until they have been stopped by their pension time, that’s problem, in order to remove depression state from our mind, we must know when we stop our unrealistic expectation and when we continue our work of mission in the future, we have to ensure that we work between what we can control, what we can't control and what we demand ourselves to innovate something different for our mindset, remember this; what we can do as human is we work to improve and enhance our mindset, not to work for skillset and pleasure, here is the good news; if you work with happiness state and not so hard for yourself, your body will forget your pain and suffering, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
